Did a day pass pool.. all was good... the food could be better and there is a lack of space for the pool bed.. but staff is helpful, friendly and the set up is nice.

A place with a wow factor really. An evening well spent with family and a cup of coffee on beach. Enjoyed a lot. Beautiful view and the whole resort is an excellent place to visit. And don't forget to spend some time on the beach at crescent road, Palm Jumeirah.

Had a short staycation in Sofitel the Palm last weekend and we absolutely loved it. Special thank you to Vagash, who helped us with smooth check-in and check-out, going beyond and upgrading our room for a better view and making sure we changed the rooms effortlessly. Both dinner and breakfast were very good and we enjoyed the food and service overall.

Not a bad place to spend the day(staycation) Beach is great, you can find quiet spots if you want silence. Pool is very busy. Pool/beach service is a bit on the slow side. Decor inside the lobby is great. Not inexpensive.

Cannot fault Sofitel the palm. Have returned many times to this hotel, which totally lives up to its brand. Rooms are spacious and facilities available are top class. Breakfast was brilliant with a good choice. Would always recommend.

Clean and modern resort. The only reason why I have scored it low is the location. Palm is amazing but felt it was too far away from the city. If your happy with staying in and not venturing out then this would be ideal. However, just to take a trip for a quick bite is a 30min taxi journey. The hotel does provide a shuttle bus to the city and malls but we rarely would take as it just didn’t fit within our plans. Pools were excellent and dotted all across the resort. Excellent breakfast buffet.

I stayed in Sofitel the palm resort in Mid November 2020 for two nights. What a beautiful luxurious resort I experienced! I had the most relaxing and amazing time. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Especially the male workers at the reception area who help you with luggage and when you need a taxi, they arrange a local taxi for you whilst you wait in the reception area and they inform you when taxi arrives. They also make sure you get into the taxi safely which is very kind. The rooms are spacious and immaculate, beds are comfortable, I had a beautiful sleep. House keeping do an amazing job cleaning rooms. Breakfast was lovely, variety to choose from. My only issue is that they charge for the cabanas which were very empty in the resort. If I'm staying in the resort, as a guest I should be allowed to use the cabanas for at least an hour for free. This resort is family friendly but when I was staying in Sofitel, there wasn't many children there which is why I think I enjoyed this resort a lot more as I read negative reviews saying the children were taking over the swimming pool. I didn't experience this, there were mostly adults in the pool but only a few which was very nice as I was able to have a swim and take some nice photos with my friend.

The room was beautiful, but initially not given the room we booked. Fortunately, the duty manager helped us and sorted us an up to standard room. Seem understaffed as room service would take forever (nearly 2 hours), and when trying to book the onsite restaurant (steakhouse because the others were closed), the staff never got round to ever booking our table, or advising us about a dress code. Fortunately, a nearby hotel/restaurant accommodated us so that we could enjoy our anniversary.

We have been here twice. We love this hotel and the staff is incredible! We always had a prompt response with any issues and were greeted by name so often I wondered how they did it. Top-notch service. , Sofitel Dubai The Palm takes the #1 spot for service, relaxation and best rooms. Thank you!

Esta foi sem dúvida uma boa escolha para me alojar durante a visita ao Dubai. A zona de Palm é mais calma do que a cidade do Dubai e este hotel de 5 ⭐️ é fantástico e oferece uma experiência bastante relaxante, contando com um SPA muito bom.O serviço foi irrepreensível, os muitos restaurantes e bares foram todos uma agradável surpresa, com destaque para o Moana e o The World Eatery, mas os jardins são sem dúvida a parte que mais me impressionou. Ao caminhar entre os diversos jardins parecia que tinha regressado ao ambiente tropical da Costa Rica :) As noites são quentes e tropicais e a iluminação dos jardins é deslumbrante.A piscina principal é grande e fantástica, com jacuzzi integrado, embora não tão grande que dispense reservar um lugar tão cedo quanto possível, numa espreguiçadeira ou nas cabanas tropicais, sendo estas pagas ao dia. Em alternativa pode escolher a praia privativa, mesmo ali ao lado. A areia não é tão agradável quanto a das nossas praias, mas serve :)Para as crianças existe um bom serviço de kids e piscinas com escorrega e que eles adoram.O réveillon foi fantástico com um dos maiores fogos de artifício que já vi, produzido a partir de um barco acostado mesmo em frente à praia. Adorei a animação com música brasileira.Do Sofitel pode-se sair para a cidade através do transporte programado do hotel, por trem, que sai ali ao lado do Hotel Atlantis, ou por táxi. Não se deixe levar pelos transportes particulares à porta do hotel, e que se fazem passar por táxis, com alguma conivência dos empregados, pois o preço é uma desagradável surpresa!

Yo estuve en noviembre y el hotel me parecio muy bueno. Las vistas increibles y el personal muy amable El buffet del desayuno era muy completo.Sin embargo al estar en la isla Jumeirah esta lejos del centro y hay que coger un taxi.
