Há dois meses estou procurando um reembolso pelas cobranças em dobro que fizeram no meu cartão e eles só perderam tempo. Tenha muito cuidado ao abrir uma conta ou deixar um voucher para cobrar o quarto. Eu cobro o dobro de hospedagem e ninguém responde ao problema. Pena que novos investimentos tenham esse tipo de abuso e má gestão contra clientes ... RUIM RUIM RUIM.

Llevo dos meses buscando que me devuelvan Los cargos dobles que hicieron a mi tarjeta y solo han hecho perder tiempo. Tengan mucho cuidado al momento de abrir cuenta o dejar voucherpara cargo de la habitacion. Tengo cargos dobles por hospedaje y nadie responde al problema. Una lastima que inversiones nuevas tengan este tipo de abusos y malos manejos contra loa clientes ... MAL MAL MAL MAL.

Nos encantó el hotel, algo diferente en Mazatlán. Tienen antro/bar en la terraza, dos albercas tipo pecera, una cevicheria (muy cara por cierto) y en la parte de abajo una alberca con cascada, excelentes locaciones para fotografiar. El Internet es rápido, no recuerdo un hotel con sábanas más ricas que este, así como las toallas y bata. La tele de la habitación una smart TV para poder tener Netflix y YouTube eso me encantó. Pero no todo es perfecto. El estacionamiento está a unos 200 metros caminando, no hay elevador, si es caro para las habitaciones tan pequeñas que son, si quieres ir a descansar ten en cuenta lo del antro. En general es buen lugar y hay que tomar en consideración lo antes mencionado. Claro que regresaremos.

Amamos o hotel, algo diferente em Mazatlán. Têm uma sala / bar na esplanada, duas piscinas aquáticas, uma cevicheria (aliás muito cara) e no fundo uma piscina com cascata, excelentes locais para fotografia. A internet é rápida, não me lembro de um hotel com lençóis mais ricos que este, além de toalhas e roupão. A TV na sala uma smart TV para poder ter Netflix e YouTube que adorei. Mas nem tudo é perfeito. O estacionamento fica a uns 200 metros caminhando, não tem elevador, se for caro para os quartos tão pequenos que são, se quiser ir descansar, leve em consideração o mergulho. Em geral, é um bom lugar e deve-se levar em consideração o que foi dito acima. Claro que vamos voltar.

O pessoal muito simpático a piscina muito bonita Mas quando liguei para ver a TV não havia ninguém, espere 30 minutos e cansei e a geladeira também não funcionou e o quarto era muito pequeno, sem varanda nem onde sentar.

We loved the hotel, something different in Mazatlan. They have a den / bar on the terrace, two fishbowl pools, a cevicheria (very expensive by the way) and at the bottom a pool with a waterfall, excellent locations for photography. The Internet is fast, I can't remember a hotel with richer sheets than this one, as well as towels and a robe. The TV in the room a smart TV to be able to have Netflix and YouTube that I loved. Eles merecem 5 estrelas porque tudo é lindo, o hotel, o restaurante, o Sereia, a atenção do pessoal a 100 !! (Mas no xlite precisam de melhorar na cozinha, fomos algumas vezes dar uma oportunidade e continua a deixar-nos a desejar, como se não quiséssemos voltar ... embora tenhamos a certeza que vão melhorar porque têm uma equipa muito atenta :)

Excelente atenção aos hóspedes por parte do pessoal administrativo, do pessoal encarregado da limpeza e limpeza dos quartos, do pessoal do restaurante, uma pequena piscina na parte inferior do hotel, possui também uma grande piscina feita inteiramente de vidro transparente blindado que permite-lhe desfrutar do pôr-do-sol e vista de mar e praia, vista totalmente panorâmica.

Excelente atención con los huéspedes por parte del personal administrativo, por parte del personal encargado de aseo y limpieza de cuartos, por parte del personal de restauran, una pequeña piscina en la parte baja del hotel, también cuenta con una piscina grande hecha totalmente de cristal blindado transparente la cual te permite disfrutar del atardecer y vista al mar y la playa, totalmente vista panorámica.

Se merecen 5 estrellas porque todo está hermoso, el hotel, el restaurante, el Sereia, la atención del personal al 100!! (Pero en xlite les falta mejorar en cocina, hemos ido algunas veces para darle oportunidad y nos sigue dejando a desear, como sin ganas de volver.. aunque estamos seguros que van a mejorar porque tienen un equipo muy atento:)
