É um serviço muito ruim com reserva antecipada. Meu marido chegou nas instalações e o quarto não estava pronto "eles mal estavam limpando ele" eles o fizeram esperar 1 hora e depois o mandaram para outro hotel, onde estavam apenas preparando este outro hotel (eles não tinham água quente, sem sinal, sem toalhas) meu marido tomou a decisão e deixou este "hotel". Não sei como eles se comprometem com uma reserva e fazem algo fora dela.

Buen servicio de habitaciones. La atención de recepción es muy mala, quieren sacarte dinero por todo, no es el precio del que muestran, no tiene ascensor, la ducha es rota, mala señal de parabólica y mucho ruido por la noche.

Es un servicio muy malo con reservacion anticipada. Mi esposo llego a las instalaciones y la habitación no estaba lista "que apenas le estaban haciendo aseo" lo hicieron esperar 1hora luego lo mandarón para otro hotel, donde apenas estaban acondicionando este otro hotel (no tenia agua caliente, ni señal, ni toallas) mi esposo tomo la desición y abandono este "hotel". No se como se comprometen con una reserva y hacen una cosa de esta.

It is a very bad service with advance reservation. My husband arrived at the facilities and the room was not ready "they were barely cleaning him" they made him wait 1 hour then sent him to another hotel, where they were just preparing this other hotel (they had no hot water, no signal, no towels) my husband made the decision and left this "hotel". I don't know how they commit to a reservation and do a thing out of it.
