Serviço muito bom e um pequeno extra como membro Diamond Select. Equipe amigável. Foi um dia de casamento de sucesso, em grande parte graças a você. O restaurante do hotel era muito bom. Comida muito boa e pessoal profissional. O hotel e restaurante são muito seguros de Covid-19. Estaremos de volta no próximo ano, é claro. Muito bem decorado de acordo com as fotos. Wifi muito bom. A única coisa que quero comentar é o sabonete no banheiro. É uma garrafa que é recarregada, não dá sensação de frescor. Gostaria de ter um que ficasse preso à parede e que só o pessoal pudesse abrir. Semelhante ao do chuveiro. Um dos melhores hotéis de Sundsvall.

Muy buen servicio y un pequeño extra como miembro de Diamond Select. Personal amigable. Fue un día de boda exitoso gracias en gran parte a ustedes. El restaurante del hotel era realmente bueno. Muy buena comida y personal profesional. El hotel y el restaurante son muy seguros con Covid-19. Volveremos el año que viene, por supuesto. Muy bien decorado según las imágenes. Muy buen wifi. Lo único que quiero comentar es el jabón del baño. Es una botella que se vuelve a llenar, no se siente fresca. Me hubiera gustado uno que esté pegado a la pared y que solo el personal pueda abrir. Similar al de la ducha. Uno de los mejores hoteles de Sundsvall.
