Location was good, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Greatest impression was the service from the staff trying their best to make our stay as comfortable as they can in midst of COVID-19 crisis.

I would like to change my view of this hotel. I was very upset after several nights of terrible sleep due to our room overheating and noise from the street, and I gave it a review I felt was fair at the time- one star. The creaking floors of the old Parisian building and the small modern shower wall on top of that were upsetting. On the fifth night of my stay, again unable to sleep, I left a scathing review detailing my grievances with the hotel to include the above notes as well as several others which are unnecessary to repeat. I was very displeased.
The hotel responded very quickly in a way I was not expecting- taking my grievances very seriously and going above and beyond to remediate everything they could. They switched my wife and I to a room away from the street for the remainder of our stay and addressed the other problems I had mentioned. They did everything possible to make us more comfortable! For this outstanding customer service I feel the hotel deserves 5 stars.
The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well appointed, the breakfast has been excellent each time we've gone, the the hotel has all the features one needs. I would stay here again now, but I do recommend booking the comfort rooms!

I have been to Hôtel Bradford Elysées - Astotel twice and both times have been exquisite. The staff is amazing, the place is charming and the location is fantastic. It’s hard to find a place where the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay and that’s exactly what they do. I will continue to come back to Hotel Bradford anytime I’m in Paris!

Great Location. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was spotless and spacious. We also had a balcony and could see the Eiffel Tower. The best part was the location. We were within walking distance to so many great things. This hotel exceeded up expectations

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Paris! Good walking distance to shopping on the Champs. The room itself was a good size and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Great amenities including a delicious breakfast, and free minibar in your room (no alcohol, but there’s still water, OJ, Pepsi, Pepsi Zero, and sparkling water).
We would definitely stay again!
