If I could give them ZERO stars, I would! This hotel was disgusting. We checked in at 930 pm after driving 11 hours and then went to get dinner. My confirmation stated a king bed and there were 2 full size beds. There were dead plants and dirty kids stuffed animals outside of the room. The beds had NO blankets or comforters only sheets. There were absolutely no towels in the room except 1 dirty washcloth on the floor behind the toilet, the fire alarm was chirping because it needed new batteries and the refrigerator did not close because the rubber piece of broken off of it. Went to get a refund and the lobby closed at 11 pm, had to bang on the door before someone answered. Was told that the trash bags were outside because they had to kick people out and that they were in the middle of renovations and changing there name. They ended up NOT refunding our money!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM!

Please explain to me how a hotel don't have room cleaners? I repeat, NO ROOM CLEANERS. Stayed there for 3 nights and never once did the cleaners came to clean our room. Prior customer's hair band was still hanging on the bathroom door knob when we got to our room; that, in of itself is worse than filthy - I can only imagine the bed sheets. I would rate this hotel an infinite negative number any day, it's so bad it doesn't even deserve a zero. This hotel is any human being's worst nightmare.

The room had no bathroom door, never told us. Room was not properly cleaned, we had clean bedding, bathroom had urine on side of toilet, mold in tub, a candy bar smooshed under alarm clock. All of the floors were not mopped after last guest. They were remodeling all of downstairs. You do not get towels everyday. The day time staff were nice and helpful, the young lady at night was rude and not good at customer service. The price is good, that's about it. It's a place dirtier than your own home.

Room was dirty and had a bad smell, when I went to check in I waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged while the front desk lady was in the back making personal conversation, I had to say something for someone to come help me. The shower had hair in it from the previous person staying in the room and the hotel looks very ran down. The room smelled like mold and cigarettes. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're getting a good deal on it like 40$ a night (which still isn't worth it). There's local motels that are better. They charge a 100 deposit also to stay in their dirty rooms.

I thought I was getting a good deal staying a decently close proximity to Usana Amphitheater. Boy, was I wrong. First off, I was slapped in the face w/ a required $100 security deposit that I was not informed of when I made my original reservation. I had budgeted my finances for a specific amount of money, which this completely screwed me over. It was immediately taken out of my account. The guy at the front desk was completely useless & obviously didn't care & just shrugged me off. I immediately called their corporate office & complained, but once again, was given the runaround. Second, what a sh*thole! There was a sign at the front desk that said "pardon our dust we're remodeling", but this was ridiculous! Our room was trash. Fist holes & who knows what kind of stains in the wall, dirty carpet & blankets, & no trash can! I asked the guy at the front desk for one, but he said all he could provide was a trash bag. Once again, he was useless. I went down to get a bag & there wasn't a soul in sight! I was so worried about the security deposit that we collected our own garbage in gas station grocery store sacks & hoped that we wouldn't be blamed for the holes/stains. When we went to check out, there wasn't anyone at the front desk. I just placed the keys on the desk & left. Unless you're extremely desperate, don't stay here. This is a dishonest business & is a huge, disgusting rip off. I've received much better customer service & more hospitable accommodations at much cheaper motels. If I could give them a 0 stars, I would. Stay away. Stay far, far away.
