Be careful staying in this town. I chose this H2S because I didn't see any reviews about stolen items from the car. In fact in the 6 hours we were here our whole roof mounted luggage carrier was taken. Staff was helpful but the police took about an hour and a half to respond to get a report. (edit: the officer was friendly and helpful upon arrival) The fact is that since this hotel is so convenient to get to from the highway there's no way to prevent people from stopping by to take your stuff. For a hotel with very good reviews and a price tag to match I was betting my stuff on their security

Really sweet staff from the night receptionist to the breakfast staff and even the maintenance staff. All very friendly. The site is very clean and new. The indoor pool was a great last minute detail for our stay and help to relax/ get the last bit of energy out of our kids before bed. We all had a very easy and restful stay. Plus our little dog came along also. We will definitely will book mark this sight for our future stays. Thanks to all the staff.

Amazing from beginning to end! Prime location off the 15 next to a couple places to eat, including my personal fave Raising Canes. Check in was super easy (we were so happy they had last minute availability on the night before Christmas Eve for these weary travelers coming all the way from Idaho), and the desk attendant Samantha was fantastic. Friendly, efficient and attentive, she got us set up in minutes. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great, check out was smooth. What more can you ask for? If my wife and I need to stop in Barstow area again, I know where we'll stay. Thank you Hilton!

Awesome, Small, clean place. Next to a few restaurants and right off the freeway. Safe stay. Enjoyed one night stay with my family. Avoid the little gas station/liquor store/mini mart down the street they charge water for up to $20 a case just a heads up, raising canes was good as always located right next to the hotel.

Awesome staff! My family ( incl 4 kids) and I stayed here for over a week. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, helpful, and welcoming. Rooms were comfortable and stocked relatively well for us to stay and cook there (we did bring a rice cooker and pressure cooker). Breakfast is great; options for everyone! Only complaint is pool was not cleaned well. After swimming there a couple times, I noticed a foul odor on our bathing suits. Other guests experienced the same.
