Quaint little hotel ideally situated not far from Notre dame

It is a decent hotel at the centre of Paris with in walking distance of Louvre museum, Pantheon, Luxemborg garden, Notredame Cathedral. Close to the metro station. Rooms are slightly on the smaller side and could be cleaned better. The staffs were helpful and humble. Breakfast was good.

This is a nice but basic hotel. We booked it because we wanted a twin room near the centre. The location is superb with easy transport links and lots around, within easy walking distance. However the photos are very flattering! The twin room was tiny, with two mattresses next to each other. The bathroom had hardly enough room to dry yourself and dress once out of the shower. Several of the members of staff were minimally friendly, but the guy who checked us out (possibly the owner) was lovely. Because of the good transport links, I would probably opt to stay a little way out at a nice hotel for the same money next time. Breakfast was simple but everything that's needed.

Hotel du Lys is a Great little hotel. It is not a fancy place, it is very cozy.
The rooms are on the smaller side, BUT, they are exactly what you want from an authentic Parisian experience in the most amazing location in Paris.
I’ve been here 4 times and wouldn’t think if staying anywhere else.
Atmosphere, character, ambiance all fantastic.

My daughter and I stayed 6 nights. They stay were kind and helpful, breakfast was wonderful, and the location was amazing!!! A grocery store just a few feet away and two short blocks from Notre Dame can't get anymore Parisian then that. We felt safe and the accommodation were very comfortable And you are close to everything centrally located shopping and restaurants around the corner!
