A grande vantagem do hotel é sem dúvidas a localização e o transporte gratuito para a Disneylândia. O café da manhã é bem básico, mas quebra o galho. A limpeza do hotel é sem dúvidas o pronto fraco, carpetes encardidos e quarto mal arejados! (Nos descontaram 50 dólares do cartão e ainda não descobri o motivo)

The biggest perk of staying here was the free shuttle service to and from disney! That alone saved us time and money. It is true what many reviewers say, though, the place is in need of some renovations. Cleanliness is a must when it comes to hotels, as there are so many people coming and going. It was apparent not everything was spic and span, (and a mildew smell is obvious), but the beds were clean and comfy, the pool was clean and the kids had a great time swimming. Breakfast wasnt too bad.Eggs, hot oatmeal, muffins and toast. I would have loved to have some fresh fruit. They do not do service in the rooms, but I just asked for extra towels.

No stars for this horrible place. The management is extremely rude and unhelpful. SAVE YOUR MONEY don't come here. If management sees this your employee working on 8/12/2022 around 8 PM needs some serious guidance on how to treat people. I am by no means a mean person, but his energy brought out the ugly in me. Ended up staying at the Holiday In.. NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE with their customer service.

Very pleased with the price and service my family and I received at this Howard Johnson Hotel! As a busy mom of 5 sometimes things can be crazy! The assistance provided by the staff and their willingness to accommodate my needs was more than I could have expected and their positive attitudes were amazing!
Emmanuel at the front desk was even able to assist me in a jam by printing out my kids school enrollment forms last minute FREE of charge!
I definitely recommend this hotel if your looking for comfort and reliability on a budget!

Pésimo hotel, no recomiendo que se queden. El desayuno muy malo, el hotel muy viejo y no dan servicio de limpieza, tienes que solicitarlo. Cuando lo solicitamos, solo nos limpiaron el baño.A parte me hicieron cargos adicionales, y ahorita estoy batallando para cancelarlos. Lo barato sale caro..

Fizemos uma viagem à Disneyland e este foi um hotel muito conveniente 3,2 MI de distância. O preço foi fantástico também nós preços todos os hotéis perto da Disneyland e este foi o melhor negócio. A equipe foi extremamente amigável estacionamento gratuito um pequeno-almoço gratuito um transporte gratuito de e para a Disneyland camas muito confortáveis tudo foi ótimo. O único real negativo foi que havia baixa pressão da água no chuveiro, mas eu entendo que a Califórnia está em uma seca, então é provavelmente por isso que foi assim, mas eu recomendo este hotel, é grande, foi tranquilo, gostei de tudo.

Provavelmente o hotel mais decadente que já estive, você pensaria que era um motel barato. Escolhi este hotel pelo preço mais barato e as fotos fizeram com que parecesse bastante decente. Na chegada, não havia nenhum sinal do nome do hotel do lado de fora, o que era um pouco confuso, e caminhar pelos corredores até o meu quarto era enervante. TODAS as paredes tinham bolhas ou descamação do papel de parede/tinta. Assim que entrei no meu quarto, notei que tudo parecia mais desgastado do que as fotos online. Os porta-retratos nas paredes estavam arranhados e tortos, havia entalhes na cabeceira da cama, as luminárias da mesa lateral estavam cobertas / cheias de poeira e quando percebi isso comecei a procurar mais problemas e descobri que os abajures tinham cortes e o que parecia MANCHAS DE SANGUE na parte de trás deles (como se as governantas notassem, mas virassem as cortinas das lâmpadas em vez de substituir ou limpar) esperando que ninguém notasse. Em seguida, fui ao banheiro para notar alguns pontos inacabados nas paredes, cabelos no secador de cabelo e até uma toalha de mão molhada enfiada na pequena abertura sob a pia do banheiro (onde as caixas de lenços são normalmente colocadas). Havia também uma enorme mancha de água / pintada por cima / retalhos que cobria metade do teto da sala, uma espécie de grande monstruosidade, bem como cortinas sujas. Sozinho, todos esses problemas me fizeram ligar para a recepção para informar que cancelaria o resto da minha estadia de 4 dias, mas tive que pagar a taxa de 1 noite, é claro, porque não era um cancelamento de 24 horas. Por último, mas não menos importante, notei pouco antes de ir para a cama, a calcinha feminina amassada no chão ao lado da minha cama. Liguei para a recepção para que eles soubessem que quem atendeu o quarto por último perdeu algumas coisas e eles disseram que avisariam o serviço de limpeza. Vou ficar no Holiday Inn Express o resto das minhas férias porque eles são mais limpos e têm mais comodidades no quarto, como geladeira e micro-ondas, além de várias tomadas de carregamento nas mesinhas de cabeceira em vez de uma na parede acarpetada (sim, este hotel tem carpete como sancas do piso) atrás do criado-mudo.

Estuvimos una semana hace un par de días con mi esposo y mi hijo, es buen hotel, económico, incluye desayuno, en la recepción hablan español. En nuestro caso fuimos a Disney y nos ofrecieron servicio de transporte gratuito (Shuttle). Te piden un depósito con tarjeta de crédito de 100 us, pero te lo regresan. A mi me lo acaban de regresar un día después de devolverme a mi país de origen. Lo único que les hace falta es un refrigerador en la habitación, pero dentro de todo lo recomiendo.

You could see that this hotel used to be really nice, but ownership is just let it get run down. The pictures are deceiving, and it is really quite rundown. The redeeming factor on this was the front manager, Shawn.. he was so helpful and accommodated and really made the best of our stay there.
That is the reason this is getting a three star instead of a two, or one.
For what it was, it was a good stay as it was close to Disneyland and the kids were able to swim even though the pool needed a good cleaning. The highlight of the stay was Shawn helping us out!
That said shame on the slumlord ownership that just lets place get run down to turn revenue rather than actually cleaning it up to match the pictures they have online.

We took a trip to Disneyland and this was a very convenient hotel 3.2 MI away. The price was fantastic also we priced out every hotel near Disneyland and this was the best deal. The staff was extremely friendly free parking a free breakfast a free shuttle to and from Disneyland very comfortable beds everything was great. The only real negative was there was low water pressure on the shower but I understand that California is in a drought so that's probably why it was like that but I would highly recommend this hotel it's big it was quiet liked everything about it.

Probably the most run-down hotel I’ve ever been to, you’d think it was a cheap motel. Chose this hotel for the cheaper price and the pictures made it look pretty decent. Upon arrival there wasn’t any sign of the name of the hotel outside which was a little confusing, and then walking through the hallways to my room was unnerving. ALL the walls had bubbling or peeling off wall paper/paint. Once I entered my room I noticed everything looked more worn down than the online pics. The picture frames on the walls were scratched and crooked, there were carvings in the headboard, the side table lamps were covered/filled with dust and when I noticed this I started looking for more issues and found the lamp shades had cuts and what looked like BLOOD STAINS on the back of them (as if the housekeepers noticed but turned the lamp shades around instead of replacing or cleaning) hoping no one would notice. Then went into the bathroom to notice a few unfinished looking spots on the walls, hair on the hairdryer, and even a wet hand towel shoved into the small opening under the bathroom sink (where tissue boxes are normally placed). There was also a huge water stain/painted over/patchwork that covered half the ceiling in the room, kind of a big eyesore, as well as dirty curtains. Alone all these issues had me calling the front desk to let them know I’d be canceling the rest of my 4 day stay, but I had to pay the 1 night fee of course because it wasn’t a 24 hour cancellation. Last but not least, I noticed just before going to bed, WOMEN’S UNDERWEAR crumpled on the floor next to my bed. Called the front desk to let them know whoever serviced the room last missed a few things and they said they’d let housekeeping know. I will be staying at the Holiday Inn Express the rest of my vacation because they’re cleaner and have more in-room amenities like fridge and microwave, as well as multiple charging outlets on nightstands instead of one on the carpeted wall (yes this hotel has carpet as their floor crown molding) behind the nightstand.

Tiene un precio muy económico, además de ofrece transporte al parque de Disney en diferentes horarios, nosotros nos divertimos mucho en la alberca, lo que si el desayuno bufete no es bueno, prácticamente huevo y cereal y si es habitación doble aunque indiques que van 4 personas solo te incluye un boleto por habitación pero por el precio es un lindo lugar

First on arrival our door lock was broken. Then went to make coffee and there was a moldy filter still in it. Took two days to get a new coffee pot. Our tub had hair in it and a foot print but couldn't use it anyways. Communication was poor. Our first two days there was no hot water they kept saying it was fixed third day we finally checked out people need to take showers (basic amenity) the breakfast was oatmeal and soggy eggs. Toast always came out burnt. The whole place was run down wallpaper peeling off dirty hallways. I will never stay at this place ever.Don't stay here pick anywhere but here. Oh and the shuttles only run Thurs to sat. They don't say that till you get there

This was our first time staying here. The rates were very affordable. Typically we are in the area to visit Disneyland- we learned that they offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the park! The gentleman at the front desk was even kind enough to upgrade our room for the duration of our stay at no additional cost! The rooms were clean and there were basic amenities which included an outdoor pool and a very basic continental breakfast.

No dan desayuno como lo describe su página, solamente una Bolsita con un jugo y dos panes. La limpieza de la habitación y baño no la hicieron en las tres noches que pasamos a pesar que se le aviso a recepción y comentaron que lo iban a resolver, nunca lo hicieron mala experiencia, nosotros nos encargamos de la limpieza del mismo cuarto En la piscina no tienen personal de seguridad, si llevan niños cuidenlos ustedes mismos.

Me hospedé en el mes de junio en este hotel, en mi visita a Los Ángeles, me agradó que tiene habitaciones muy cómodas y amplias, además de que el desayuno está delicioso, el personal muy amable y servicial, tuve problemas con mi frigobar y ellos inmediatamente me cambiaron el aparato solucionando el problema. Este hotel se encuentra cerca de los parques de Disney, lo que es muy ventajoso Puedes pagar en efectivo o con tarjeta de crédito... Muy recomendable

El hotel está muy bien para su costo, incluso mejor que muchos de 4 estrellas que he ido, pero tuve un percance, me cobraron mi security deposit y no me lo quisieron hacer valido y pésimo servicio del manager, muy contesten, es hora que sigo esperando me regresen mi dinero
