When we first arrived into our room was NOT clean. The beds were not made and the bathroom still had used towels and open soap . Working in the service industry, it’s understandable that sometimes their can be a confusion in a room. What really was terrible was the attitude of the front desk staff when we went back down and told them of our room . They made a big deal about not having any cleaning staff available and no other open rooms with two beds . We basically had to threat to leave for her to even consider looking for a new room for us. She spent 30 minutes going back and forth with us and not believing us, and even going to the room to check for herself.
It was late an night when we arrived so we reluctantly stayed after she “magically” found a new room for us.
We were excited that this hotel promoted their gym online ( with pictures) and in their lobby. Once we got here we were told the didn’t actually have a gym. WTH?! Where did the online pictures come from then?
The complimentary breakfast is very limited. Fruit, yogurt, coffee.
Keep in mind you can hear noise from the street. Overall terrible experience, not just because the staff was rude but also the false advertisement of their amenities

It's quite a nice place to spend a weekend and have some fun in the spa. Very clean, well laid out and the attention from the staff is very good.

Best in Langreo
I was not expecting such a nice hotel in Langreo... good spacious room and well equipped bathroom... inspire of located centrally, there are quite open spaces around Hotel..
Staffs are friendly polite and speaks English as well
Hotel have a bar cum cafe, and two restaurants... impressive breakfast is another plus ...
Overall nice stay and option to stay in Langreo for 1 or 2 day business trip. One can avoid travel time in compare to staying in Gijon or Oviedo

The room and the common areas are nice and well-mantained and the staff is kind and helpful enough, but there are several services that, in my opinion, should be included in the room rate. No breakfast (and the restaurant isn't cheap), no parking (more than 8 euros per night) and, the worst of all, no SPA included (12 euros for hotel guests, swimming caps available for an extra 1,5 euros). I believe an hotel named "Langrehotel & SPA" should be more clear about the thermal zone not included by default.

Very nice place. Stayed there a couple of nights for a business travel. Situation of the hotel was perfect, in the center of the small town. I would go there again if needed.
