Fantastic stay! Great clean and comfortable. We stayed for our anniversary and went in to the room to find lots of lovely treats and a bottle of bubbly! The staff are all brilliant too, thanks to all at the Leonardo Manchester Estadia fantástica! Ótimo limpo e confortável. Ficamos para o nosso aniversário e fomos para o quarto para encontrar muitas guloseimas adoráveis e uma garrafa de espumante! Os funcionários também são brilhantes, obrigado a todos do Leonardo Manchester

The beds are amazing! It's all super nice and clean as a result. The rooms are great to a point. Unfortunately, the service leaves A LOT to be desired. Asked for towels two and they just never arrived! And the shower gel etc wasn't filled. The location is great (new and upcoming part of Manchester) and again the beds were the best beds I've ever slept on. But a lot of room to improve. As camas são incríveis! É tudo super agradável e limpo como resultado. Os quartos são ótimos até certo ponto. Infelizmente o atendimento deixa MUITO a desejar. Pedi duas toalhas e nunca chegaram! E o gel de banho etc não estava cheio. A localização é ótima (parte nova e futura de Manchester) e, novamente, as camas eram as melhores em que já dormi. Mas muito espaço para melhorar.

Hotel moderno, bien ubicado y habitaciones confortables, pero mal insonorizadas acústicamente; se escuchan voces y ruidos de habitaciones contiguas. No tiene amenities; solo un pequeño gym. El servicio de restaurante es malo, comida servida fría, con demoras y precios altos para la baja calidad y cantidad que ofrece. En recepción hay personas amables o no; según qué turno lo atienda. Nos negaron imprimir un boarding de solo una página, luego insistí en otro turno y muy amablemente la chica lo imprimió. Respecto al servicio de mucama, a pesar de dejar el cartelquedó sin limpiar la habitación, tuvimos que ir al otro día a reclamar porque había pasado lo mismo. Mi hijo volcó té en la cama y se la hicieron con la misma sábana sucia. Conclusión: por el mal servicio que dan, el precio es muy alto y la calificación de 4 estrellas no condice desde ningún punto de vista.
hotelcon buena ubicación , si sos amante del craftbeer a metros de la fábrica couldwater - track entre otras. Limpieza bien , habitaciones comodidad bien cuidadas . Servicio bueno , precios acorde al sitio y su ubicación.
It's a bit of a trek from the station (10 min walk) as it's slightly out of town but the hotel itself was lovely. The room was a decent size and the bed comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. It does have a gym but this was a small fitness centre and can feel crowded once you have more than 2 people inside. The wellness centre was a nice touch too É um pouco de caminhada da estação (10 minutos a pé) como é um pouco fora da cidade, mas o hotel em si era adorável. O quarto tinha um tamanho decente e a cama confortável. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos. Ele tem uma academia, mas este era um pequeno centro de fitness e pode parecer lotado quando você tem mais de 2 pessoas dentro. O centro de bem-estar também foi um toque agradável

La habitación era de un tamaño decente y la cama era cómoda. El personal era amable y servicial. Tiene un gimnasio, pero este era un centro de fitness pequeño y puede sentirse abarrotado una vez que tienes más de 2 personas adentro. El centro de bienestar también fue un buen toque.

Firstly start of by saying absolutely GREAT staff! Very welcoming and accommodating. Asked for early check in and not only did I get to check in early but my room was also upgraded. To the lovely receptionist working morning shifts on the 13/07, your an absolute doll! Hotel and room was clean, great location etc Em primeiro lugar, comece dizendo uma equipe absolutamente EXCELENTE! Muito acolhedor e acolhedor. Pedi para check-in antecipado e não só consegui fazer o check-in mais cedo, mas meu quarto também foi atualizado. Para a adorável recepcionista que trabalha no turno da manhã do dia 13/07, você é uma boneca absoluta! Hotel e quarto estava limpo, ótima localização etc
Only stayed one night, would definitely stay there again.Good standard of hotel, clean &comfortable room with all amenities you would expect.Staff very helpful and friendly. Brilliant breakfast. We were made to feel very welcome, good bar if you wanted to stay in. It is a reasonable walk to get to the centre, but there is a tram stop near & plenty of taxis if you're tottering out in you heals. Fiquei apenas uma noite, com certeza ficaria lá novamente. Bom padrão de hotel, quarto limpo e confortável com todas as comodidades que você esperaria. A equipe muito atenciosa e amigável. Café da manhã brilhante. Nos sentimos muito bem-vindos, bom bar se você quisesse ficar. É uma caminhada razoável para chegar ao centro, mas há uma parada de bonde perto e muitos táxis se você estiver cambaleando em sua cura.

Buen estándar de hotel, habitación limpia y cómoda con todas las comodidades que esperarías. El personal es muy servicial y amable. Desayuno brillante. Nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos, un buen bar si querías quedarte. Es una caminata razonable para llegar al centro, pero hay una parada de tranvía cerca y muchos taxis si se tambalea en sus curas.

Muy acogedor y complaciente. Pedí el check in temprano y no solo pude registrarme temprano, sino que mi habitación también fue mejorada. A la encantadora recepcionista que trabaja en el turno de la mañana el 13/07, ¡eres una auténtica muñeca! El hotel y la habitación estaban limpios, excelente ubicación, etc.

Loved our stay at Leonardo Hotel Manchester Piccadilly. The hotel itself is very clean, modern and well designed. The room was spacious, with a very comfy bed and all the facilities you could need (the nespresso coffee maker was a nice bonus) and a great shower too! I have to give a huge shout out to the staff at the hotel though. Everyone (and I mean everyone- from the cleaners, chefs, bar & restaurant staff and reception staff) were very welcoming, friendly, chatty and genuinely seemed happy to be there and we were greeted with the biggest smiles throughout our stay! Adorei a nossa estadia no Leonardo Hotel Manchester Piccadilly. O hotel em si é muito limpo, moderno e bem projetado. O quarto era espaçoso, com uma cama muito confortável e todas as comodidades que você poderia precisar (a cafeteira Nespresso foi um bônus agradável) e um ótimo chuveiro também! Eu tenho que dar um grande grito para a equipe do hotel. Todos (e quero dizer todos - desde os limpadores, chefs, funcionários do bar e restaurante e funcionários da recepção) foram muito acolhedores, amigáveis, tagarelas e pareciam genuinamente felizes por estar lá e fomos recebidos com os maiores sorrisos durante toda a nossa estadia!
Only stayed for one night but cannot fault a thing. The walk to the hotel from piccadilly station was easy and scenic, along the canal, and its close to northern quarter. Check in was simple, the room was lovely and clean, especially the bathroom. I wish we'd had a bit more time there as the bar area looked lovely. Will more than likely stay here again on my next visit to Manchester. Fiquei apenas uma noite, mas não posso culpar nada. A caminhada até o hotel da estação Piccadilly foi fácil e cênica, ao longo do canal, e fica perto do bairro norte. Check-in foi simples, o quarto era lindo e limpo, especialmente o banheiro. Eu gostaria que tivéssemos tido um pouco mais de tempo lá, pois a área do bar parecia adorável. Será mais do que provável ficar aqui novamente na minha próxima visita a Manchester.
My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights, Staff were exceptional, Chris on front desk, Duty Manager Marta, Gabriel in the bar and Coumbe in the restaurant plus all the others not mentioned. But, the rooms were not great considering the hotel has only been open for 2 months. First night, dirty bed linen and hairs in the bed, we were moved to another room which was good but paint on the floor and marks on the wall from the workmen attaching fixings. We came back to the hotel 3 days later for another 2 nights, leaking toilet, marks and paint on the walls and floor again. We have stayed in 4 different Leonardo hotels and have issues every time. other than the staff its not worth staying here. Meu parceiro e eu ficamos aqui por 3 noites, a equipe foi excepcional, Chris na recepção, gerente de serviço Marta, Gabriel no bar e Coumbe no restaurante, além de todos os outros não mencionados. Mas, os quartos não eram ótimos, considerando que o hotel está aberto há apenas 2 meses. Primeira noite, roupa de cama suja e cabelos na cama, fomos transferidos para outro quarto que era bom, mas pintura no chão e marcas na parede dos trabalhadores anexando fixações. Voltamos ao hotel 3 dias depois para mais 2 noites, vazando banheiro, marcas e tinta nas paredes e no chão novamente. Ficamos em 4 hotéis Leonardo diferentes e sempre tivemos problemas. além da equipe não vale a pena ficar aqui.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en el Leonardo Hotel Manchester Piccadilly. El hotel en sí está muy limpio, moderno y bien diseñado. La habitación era espaciosa, con una cama muy cómoda y todas las instalaciones que podrías necesitar (la cafetera Nespresso era una buena ventaja) y una gran ducha también. Sin embargo, tengo que dar un gran saludo al personal del hotel. Todos (y me refiero a todos, desde los limpiadores, los chefs, el personal del bar y del restaurante y el personal de recepción) fueron muy acogedores, amables, conversadores y realmente parecían felices de estar allí y nos recibieron con las sonrisas más grandes durante toda nuestra estadía.

Las habitaciones y la comodidad impresionante pero muy ruidoso y problemas con la tarjetas y las habitaciones. Aunque el desayuno excelente y nos devolvieron dinero por los inconvenientes
