Roupeiro presente e suficiente. Luzes suficientes. Chão alcatifa. WC apenas com chuveiro, mas com boa pressão.Hotel Restaurante presente. Bar presente. Limpezas regulares e eficiêntes. Estacionamento externo e interno.

Hotel razoável, o que me leva a classificar com apenas uma estrela é o atendimento dos funcionários. São desagradáveis, incorretos e chegaram a ameaçar fisicamente um dos meus colaboradores. Pedi para falar com o gerente e por duas vezes foi-me negado. Quando finalmente consegui falar com o mesmo fui recebido com um tom provocativo e desprezo. Se este não é o comportamento esperado de nenhum funcionário muito menos o esperava da parte de um gerente. Só após ter informado o mesmo de que iria comunicar todos os acontecimentos à minha empresa, à empresa para a qual presto serviço e à agência através da qual foi feita a reserva do alojamento é que este senhor mudou a sua atitude e tentou resolver a situação com a oferta de vouchers para bebidas no bar do hotel. A excepção a tudo isto é o desempenho exemplar e a simpatia das senhoras que fazem a limpeza dos quartos.

Ich war während der Corona Zeit gefühlt 10x im Select Hotel Rüsselsheim. Nie musste ich für das Parken bezahlen. Beim letzten Check In war der Rezeptionist hoch motiviert und nahm alles sehr genau. Er bestand auf die Parkgebühren. Ich habe dann später außerhalb des Grundstücks geparkt.Die Krönung war aber später als ich Besuch bekam. Er fragte in Anwesenheit der Dame, ob ich das Hotel für 2 Personen gebucht hätte. Die Dame war sehr erschrocken, dass man so etwas fragen würde. Im Zimmer wurde sie sehr unruhig. Dieser Herr hat uns tatsächlich den Abend versaut. Diskretion und Feingefühl ist das höchste Gebot als Hotelmitarbeiter!

Não tenho motivo para reclamar. Tudo estava bem preparado. Toalhas foram fornecidas. Havia dois cartões de acesso para o quarto, mediante solicitação. De manhã fomos tomar o café da manhã. Ampla variedade de pãezinhos e pãezinhos. Spreads e bebidas quentes. Suco de laranja e suco multivitamínico também estavam lá. No tengo por qué quejarme. Todo estaba perfectamente preparado. Se proporcionaron toallas. Había dos tarjetas de acceso para la habitación a pedido. Por la mañana fuimos a desayunar. Amplia gama de panecillos y panecillos. Untables y bebidas calientes. También había zumo de naranja y zumo multivitamínico. Para los fumadores existe la opción en la parte delantera de la entrada o directamente desde el restaurante a la terraza del patio. Yo estoy feliz. Muchas gracias al personal del hotel.

Great hotel experience for the buisness traveler in the Frankfurt area. Affordable and relatively close to the airport. The breakfast is on the pricy side and not very good. Staff is helpful and the amenities are standard.

It had the potential to get a full five stars, it really did. The hotel is very smart, clean, and fresh. I was a little annoyed at the fire alarm which went off due to someone smoking in their room. Granted this is not the hotel's fault, but an apology for the inconvenience would have been nice to hear

This was forced upon us due to a delayed flight. Staff were waiting to provide 3 course meal at 11pm. They gave us a toothbrush but couldn't lend us an adapter to charge phones. Room was comfortable and clean but we were only in it for 5 hours as at to be at the airport by 5am. Can't comment on breakfast as didn't serve until 6am. Hotel sounded a long way but only about 15 minutes the way they drive

No complaints. Room was well equipped (standard for this part of Europe, the British in me would have liked a kettle). Staff helpful in arranging transport. It is good for airport but far from Frankfurt centre. Taxi to/from the russelsheim rail station is €10/each way

Estupenda habitación desastroso restaurante. Hemos tardado hora y media en recibir nuestra cena. La atención de las camareras es buena pero el local no está dimensionado para el aforo. La comida no sobresale en especial, después de la larga espera nos invitan a las bebidas y el postre.
