Reservei um quarto premier plus, ao entrar pude ouvir o vento assobiando pelas janelas, e o tráfego estava tão barulhento quanto armar acampamento ao lado do M1, solicitei uma mudança de quarto, mas tive que alugar um quarto standard sem reembolso. manter meu código wi-fi final, mas ao inseri-lo, ele havia sido invalidado, ao passar para a nova sala não havia correntes de ar, mas novamente eu podia ouvir cada carro passando muito alto. Eu fico em muitas pousadas premier em todo o país durante todo o ano durante Eu posso dizer com segurança que esta foi a pior experiência, portas sendo fechadas abaixo balançaram o quarto em que eu estava e até mesmo a cama!O pessoal e a limpeza são totalmente bons, mas o problema de ruído e vedações realmente precisa ser resolvido, acho que o estabelecimento é bom, mas a qualidade fundamental do edifício e alguns de seus acessórios precisam ser resolvidos.

Reservé una habitación premier plus, al entrar pude escuchar el viento silbando a través de las ventanas, y el tráfico era tan fuerte como instalar un campamento al lado de la m1, solicité un cambio de habitación pero tuve que tomar una habitación estándar sin reembolso, llegué conservo mi código wifi definitivo, pero al ingresarlo, había sido invalidado, al mudarme a la nueva habitación no había corriente de aire, pero nuevamente podía escuchar cada automóvil pasar muy fuerte, me quedo en muchas posadas de primer nivel en todo el país durante negocio y puedo decir con seguridad que esta fue la peor experiencia, las puertas cerradas debajo sacudieron la habitación en la que estaba arriba e incluso la cama.El personal y la limpieza están totalmente bien, pero el problema del ruido y los sellos realmente necesita una solución, creo que el establecimiento está bien, pero la calidad fundamental del edificio y algunos de sus accesorios deben abordarse.

Booked a premier plus room, upon entering I could hear wind whistling through the windows, and the traffic was as loud as setting up camp next to the m1, requested a room change but had to take a standard room with no refund, I got to keep my ultimate wifi code but when entering it, it had been invalidated, moving into the new room there was no draft but again I could hear every car passing by very loudly, I stay in many premier inns all over the country throughout the year for business and I can safely say this was the worst experience, doors being shut below shook the room I was in above and even the bed!
The staff and cleanliness are totally fine, but the noise and seals issue really needs sorting out, I think the establishment is fine but the fundamental building quality and some of its fittings need addressing

Hotel brilhante, funcionários simpáticos, quartos confortáveis e modernos, excelentes tarifas. Brilliant hotel, friendly staff, modern comfortable rooms, great rates. Breakfast was the usual premier Inn standard, however restaurant was closed for evening meals but takeaway meals to your room are available. Covid compliant, hand sanitisers and social distancing measures in place. Plenty of parking. All in all a great stay and nothing to complain about.

Agradable hotel para hospedarse si visita Queens Park o Team Valley, Newcastle. Tienes la opción de desayunar y cenar en el propio hotel con bebidas. Variedades de alimentos están disponibles con algunas ofertas de combo. Personalmente creo que el costo del desayuno es un poco caro. Sin embargo, la estancia es fresca. Hotel bonito y limpio. Las habitaciones también están bien. En general, una agradable estancia para mí.

Nice hotel to stay if you are visiting Queens Park or Team Valley, Newcastle. You have breakfast and dinner option at hotel itself with drinks. Varieties of foods are available with some combo offers. I personally feel breakfast cost is bit expensive. However, the staying is cool. Nice, clean hotel. Rooms are good as well. Overall a nice stay for me.
