Pode ser um momento ambicioso e metade dos restaurantes estão fechados e parece que, como tal, faltam funcionários, por isso o serviço não está à altura. Porém os funcionários que estão aqui são maravilhosos!

It might be covid time and half the restaurants are closed and it seems that as such there is staff missing so the service isn't quite up to par. However the staff that are here are wonderful!

Bela praia e resort. Única desvantagem é pessoal e atendentes estão em um ritmo lento. Nós não estamos acostumados a isso. Se você não se importa que então é um lugar incrível!

Beautiful beach and resort. Only downside is staff and attendants are at a go slow pace. We are not accustom to this. If you don't mind that then its an awesome place!

Beautiful resort. Room and common areas were kept clean. Staff were polite. Food was very good, especially at El Carey. Overall I had an enjoyable experience and would definitely return.

El día 21 luego de varias solicitudes decidimos aceptar una invitación y lo hicimos motivados a conocer el Hotel Fantasy Fue una amarga e inusual experiencia, atendidos por un personaje Jhonny Polanco. Carece de la delicadeza que requiere este tipo de Rol, me niego a pensar que sea el perfil de esa organización
