Ultimately not the best hotel if you want to visit Instanbul city. It takes an hour by car to make 14 Kms, and the closest underground which could save some time is about 3km far away.
Rooms are not spot on as you would expect in a real 5 star hotel, but this might be how a 5 star in Turkey is.
Our room 221 required some love, with the sofa that was having major spots and in the toilet where the scale left behind was indeed visible.
Breakfast wise, it was not bad, but indeed I would have expected a 5 star serving cappuccino with a vending machine by default.

Servicio pésimo. En la primera llegada les devolvieron nuestros pasaportes a otros huéspedes, y para solucionarlo nos dijeron que los buscáramos nosotros por el hotel para que nos los devolvieran a las dos de la mañana. La segunda llegada fue aún peor: nos asignaron una habitación en la que sonaba un pitido contante y cuando lo dijimos en recepción la misma persona que nos perdió los Pasaportes nos sentó a esperar eternamente en el hall teniendo medio hotel vacío a que llegara alguien de mantenimiento. Cuando me queje, finalmente conseguí que nos dieran otra habitación, mientras se reía de mi en mi cara dándose codazos con la compañera a carcajada limpia, jamas había recibido un trato así. Además está muy lejos del centro, con el tráfico que suele haber, tardábamos más de una hora en llegar. Las habitaciones normales y el desayuno no estaba mal, pero con tal de que no me traten así prefiero dormir en cualquier otro sitio.

Si bien esta algo de lejos del centro histórico de Estambul el hotel es Excelente. Hermosas y confortables habitaciones. Excelente servicio. Pileta interior con patio.

Turkish Airlines offered us a room for an overnight 20 hour connection. Limited options as an airline customer. Smoking room was my first in many years--terrible smell and it was hot with the thermostat fixed at 27⁰. Glad to have the sleep and shower so overall it was appreciated. 30 minutes from the airport and not near any tourist area.

Absolutely not worth five stars. Old interior, which is dirty & worn (everything - bathrobes, seat cushions, carpet), in the room it smells very musty, the staff speaks no / hardly English, in the spa area droning TVs, better bring a bathing cap like in the 1950‘s, everywhere the staff sleeps in the locker room and nothing can be booked to the room - neither the food from the restaurant, nor the massages. Overall just not good at all, absolutely not recommended and a waste of money!

Las habitaciones super amplias. Muy lindas. El desayuno de muy buena calidad. A la noche hay restaurante y se puede pedir sándwich para la habitación. Algo malo es q para entrar a la pileta q esta re fría el agua, te piden q te pongas cofia y hay q pagarla. Con respecto a la ubicación no está cerca del centro histórico y un taxi sale 200 libras.

El hotel esta muy retirado de las zonas turísticas hay que tomar taxi para ir a los diferentes lugares el Internet funciona muy bien. Los desayunos son buenos y caminando puedes llegar a metro y macdonald

It’s just OK at best. I came here for a free stay due to an airline issue. It looks fancy from the outside and perhaps the lobby. But the rooms are outdated and not very clean. It also seems people are allowed to smoke inside the rooms. Bathroom door didn’t close and also didn’t have any tooth brush either. Just hand soap and Definitely not a “5 Star Hotel”. No complaints with the staff up front however.

La verdad no lo recomiendo.. estuve allí el día 21 dey me trataron mal.. el servicio es pésimo.... El aire de la habitación 814 específicamente .. no servía .. llame para q lo revisaran varias veces y no atendían... En pleno verano y sin aire .. la verdad en atención que es lo más importante para el cliente están raspado

Dishonest staff and management - avoid. A refund was requested due to an unexpected departure from the hotel for business reasons, management approved this but seemed reluctant to deal with it while I was at the hotel and promised the card would be refunded within 5 days. Chased them up multiple times and no answer, clearly never had any intention of refunding 4 nights. This hotel is not 5*, I’ve stayed in many hotels in my life, and this is a 3* at a push, the rooms are very dated, unclean, one side of the hotel overlooks a recycling dump, the area is not very nice at all and it’s far from the centre. Will not stay again and would not recommend. Seda - you should be ashamed of yourself as a manager at the hotel.

¡Mucho cuidado con el personal del hotel! Intentaron engañarnos y hacernos pagar cosas que no habíamos consumido del mini bar, con una supuesta foto que, según decían, acababan de hacer en nuestra habitación. Por lo que he leído, no he sido a la primera a la que intentan timar. No lo recomiendo para nada. De vergüenza.

Recepción amable,el staff de mantenimiento tiene una atención expedita (nuestra habitación 608 nofuncionaba la tarjeta de apertura)y el encargado de manteniendo la cambió,el desayuno abundante en fruta,y en variedad de platillos. ¡Bravo!

Apesar do hotel ser maravilhoso, com bons quartos e um café da manhã maravilhoso descobrimos que fomos ROUBADOS pelo recepcionista do hotel. Ele fez um pedido de comida para nós no dia da nossa chegada e na hora de cobra disse que havia dado 320 liras, depois descobrimos que o lanche não passou de 100 liras. Isso jamais poderia acontecer em um hotel desse nível.

Me hospedei neste hotel no ultimo dia 31, poderia avaliar como 5 estrelas se não fosse pelo pessimo atendimento na recpção. Impensavel um 5 estrelas ter funcionario no front desk sem a menor educação e trato com os clientes. Decepcionante.
