I stayed for a week in November 2022. Big clean nice rooms, good kitchen, great location on Duke street, close to Baltic triangle and waterfront. It was quiet in my apartment. I'd like also to thank Josh at front desk for being very helpful.

Excellent location, heart of Liverpool for shops and exhibition centres. Apartment Room 34...huge ! Warm, clean, quiet and an open outside balcony. Perfect. Thank you.

This is not a 4-star aparthotel, more like 3-stars.Cleanliness could be better. Be aware that some rooms have stairs and no lifts to get to them. A double bed here is 2 singles pushed together, and even better, made with single bedding. The general location is good, however, the street the hotel is on is a little dodgy and noisy.Ok for what I needed it for, but I would not stay here again.

Well equipped practical apartments. Couldn't fault cleanliness. The location is fantastic to hit the town for sight seeing and eating out... Shops close by and public transport. There is a parking lot that is £15 a night but very tight and dark. Lots of other options available close by. Apartamentos práticos bem equipados. Não poderia culpar a limpeza. A localização é fantástica para atingir a cidade para passeios turísticos e comer fora... Lojas nas proximidades e transportes públicos. Há um estacionamento que custa £15 por noite, mas muito apertado e escuro. Muitas outras opções disponíveis por perto.

Amazing staff! We stayed overnight on the 12th August....5 of us celebrating our friend's visit from Australia. The staff were so friendly and pleasant both on the phone and when checking in. The icing on the cake was us being upgraded to a Penthouse Suite! It was perfect and made our time in Liverpool even more wonderful. We were thrilled to bits! Staff were very friendly and polite along with very helpful. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and very big which was great fir our 2 boys to be running around and playing. Expect street noise if you leave the windows open as you are in the city centre but tbf it wasn't too bad. Apartment was very warm but as requested upon arrival the staff left a nice fan in the apartment for us. Would 100% definitely stay again and would 100% recommend these apartments. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e educados juntamente com muito útil. O apartamento era muito limpo, bem equipado e muito grande, o que foi ótimo para nossos 2 meninos correrem e brincarem. Espere o barulho da rua se você deixar as janelas abertas, pois está no centro da cidade, mas tbf não foi tão ruim. O apartamento estava muito quente, mas, conforme solicitado na chegada, a equipe deixou um bom ventilador no apartamento para nós. 100% definitivamente ficaria novamente e 100% recomendaria estes apartamentos.

Nos recibió una chica llamada Beck, súper amable y con una maravillosa actitud, nos facilitó un mapa de la ciudad y nos indicó los sitios de interés, un gesto que se agradece. Nos indicó la habitación y pudimos hacer el checkin muy rápido. El resto de los días siempre nos recibieron con una sonrisa los demás compañeros. El sitio muy limpio, céntrico, está ceca del L1 un centro comercial donde tienes de todo, cerca la estación de Lime Street, los muelles, la zona de bares y pubs. De verdad que el sitio es A+++.

El personal era muy amable y educado junto con muy útil. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, bien equipado y era muy grande, lo cual fue genial para que nuestros 2 niños estuvieran corriendo y jugando. Espere el ruido de la calle si deja las ventanas abiertas ya que está en el centro de la ciudad, pero tbf no estuvo tan mal. El apartamento era muy cálido, pero según lo solicitado al llegar, el personal nos dejó un ventilador agradable en el apartamento. Definitivamente me hospedaría de nuevo al 100% y recomendaría al 100% estos apartamentos.

Located close to all the attractions it was perfect for exploring the sights of Albert Dock, Cavern quarter, and the museums. The apartment comprised of two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a large kitchen/living/dining room, and a spacious balcony overlooking Duke Street. Ps, excuse the lived in photos Would recommend hospedado aqui na segunda e terça-feira com as crianças. Os funcionários da recepção foram simpáticos e prestativos, o apartamento era limpo e espaçoso. Localizado perto de todas as atrações, foi perfeito para explorar os pontos turísticos de Albert Dock, Cavern Quarter e os museus. O apartamento é composto por dois banheiros, dois quartos, uma grande cozinha/sala de estar/jantar e uma varanda espaçosa com vista para a Duke Street. Ps, desculpe o vivido em fotos Recomendaria

Lovely apartment, friendly staff. Only fault no air con it was very warm so windows and doors had to be open all the time. Which led to sleepless nights due to very persistant seagulls . Would definitely recommend for location and will use again 😊
