Não é tão bom como quando o visitamos pela primeira vez em 2007. O infeliz subproduto de vendas reduzidas e covid-19. Ainda assim, você está em um belo lugar. E o prazer é percepção versus expectativa. Se você quiser um serviço de primeira linha, terá que pagar um prêmio de primeira. Ainda existe um serviço excepcional por parte do pessoal. Temos um grupo de 12 pessoas numa Villa de 6 quartos com um carrinho de golfe e um membro da banda de ouro. Café da manhã e bebidas incluídas na Villa. Devemos voltar, esperançosamente, da próxima vez que a venda estará em alta e os restaurantes estarão de volta a todo vapor.

Lugar horrível, eles não informam nada direito, não tem gerenciamento caro, ontem à noite tivemos que deixar o hotel porque eles não cobram em dólares, porém todos os preços são em dólares! Eu nunca volto para aquele lixo de negócios! Pior época da minha vida!

No es tan bueno como cuando lo visitamos por primera vez en 2007. El desafortunado subproducto de la reducción de ventas y covid-19. Aún así, estás en un lugar hermoso. Y el disfrute es percepción versus expectativa. Si desea un servicio de primer nivel, tendrá que pagar una prima de primer nivel. Todavía hay un servicio excepcional por parte del personal. Tenemos un grupo de 12 que se hospedan en una villa de 6 habitaciones con un carrito de golf y un miembro de la banda de oro. Desayuno y bebidas incluidos en la Villa. Con suerte, volveremos la próxima vez que aumenten las rebajas y los restaurantes vuelvan a estar en pleno apogeo.

It's not as great as when we first visited in 2007 . The unfortunate by product of lowered sales and covid-19. Still as is, you are in a beautiful place. And enjoyment is perception vs expectation. If you want top notch service you will have to pay top notch premium. There's still exceptional service from the staff .We have party of 12 staying in a 6 room Villa with a golf cart and gold band member. Breakfast and drinks included in the Villa. We shall return hopefully next time sale's will be up and restaurants will be back in full swing.

This place is just amazing! Stunning location. Transportation by limousine or helicopter to and from Airport.So many restaurants with different cuisine. Super friendly service. Excellent place to get pampered. Villas with your private pool.

We had so many small mishaps that warrants a 4 star. Almost gave 3. We had a 5 bedroom villa for 8 of us. The place is beautiful but in need of repairs. The refrigerator was FINALLY replaced after day 4 or 5. Supplies should be replenished without asking...shampoo, towels, wateretc. Took many asks. Finally received shampoo on the 4th day. We had a major flood on the second floor late at night. The private pool was awesome. The rooms were nice but the air conditioning could be better. The resort itself is beautiful but the restaurants left a lot to be desired.The VIP Gourmet restaurant's food was not good at all. Shame. The staff overall were friendly but a few just seemed like they didnt want to be there. There were more incidents but overall this is a nice place to vacation.

Over promised and under performed. Also the beach here was trashed. Party of 9 flew 6 hours to have issues every day of the 7 days. Better to just go to the great beaches along the Florida coast.
