Beautiful pool and room, fantastic staff. Drinks around the pool a bit exxy! $22 for a cocktail. Parking is a bit of an issue and the restaurant should reconsider a la carte for a group of 8, we didn’t want a set menu so we ate elsewhere. Suggest balconies get a daily dust down by the cleaners. We will be back as a lovely hotel. Thank you! Bela piscina e quarto, equipe fantástica. Bebidas ao redor da piscina um pouco exxy! $ 22 para um coquetel. O estacionamento é um pouco problemático e o restaurante deve reconsiderar a la carte para um grupo de 8 pessoas, não queríamos um menu fixo, então comemos em outro lugar. Sugira que as varandas recebam uma poeira diária dos limpadores. Estaremos de volta como um hotel encantador. Obrigado!

El estacionamiento es un problema y el restaurante debería reconsiderar a la carta para un grupo de 8, no queríamos un menú fijo, así que comimos en otro lugar. Just reviewing the restaurant. We went with a group of 10 and were very well looked after. Meals are pricey, but well presented and worth every cent! Table service was excellent. And the view across the lake at sunset is just magnificent. Would highly recommend for a special occasion. Apenas revisando o restaurante. Fomos com um grupo de 10 pessoas e fomos muito bem atendidos. As refeições são caras, mas bem apresentadas e valem cada centavo! Serviço de mesa foi excelente. E a vista do lago ao pôr do sol é simplesmente magnífica. Recomendo para uma ocasião especial.

Genuine review. Celebrated our 51st Wedding Anniversary in style. Asst Manager and staff were excellent. Infinity pool area so relaxing. Thank you for exceeding our expectations. We stayed 27th and 28th November 2022. Revisão genuína. Comemorei nosso 51º aniversário de casamento em grande estilo. Asst Manager e a equipe foram excelentes. Área da piscina com borda infinita tão relaxante. Obrigado por superar nossas expectativas. Ficamos nos dias 27 e 28 de novembro de 2022.

The hotel and the facilities are beautiful. The customer service and management are unbelievably poor. I never write reviews, however management need to do something to improve the customer service and ensure they are consistent in applying their rules and regulations. Throughout our stay, we were told we could not utilise our Accor membership discount, as it was applied after we booked. However, all other guests staying with us were able to apply the discount after booking. We ordered drinks for around the pool and received the drinks as we sat next to the pool and were told 10 minutes later to move from the pool area as you couldn’t have glass next to the pool. Quite strange considering it’s called a poolside bar. Absolutely no assistance with bags when checking in or checking out. No reserved parking for hotel guests. Numerous times we would leave the hotel and return later in the day with no car park available, despite being a paying customer. Overall, it is a beautiful hotel and location. However, in desperate need for a review of management. El hotel y las instalaciones son hermosas. El servicio de atención al cliente y la gestión son increíblemente pobres. Nunca escribo reseñas, sin embargo, la gerencia debe hacer algo para mejorar el servicio al cliente y garantizar que sean consistentes en la aplicación de sus reglas y regulaciones. Beautiful place, was quite expensive & the food isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. We made reservations very last minute,but they were very professional and accommodating, making sure we had two rooms side by side with the connecting doors open so we could have our daughters close. Highly recommend this place!! Hermoso lugar, era bastante caro y la comida no es barata, pero obtienes lo que pagas. We had a fabulous time at The Sebel. Six of us girls enjoyed a day and night we will always remember.The staff were amazing and our dinner and breakfast was 10/10. The only improvement we could suggest is betterlighting in the ensuite and bathrooms. Was quite dark. Overall we had a fabulous time and will be back again. Thankyouonce again from The Girls in rooms 311 and 314.. Cheers.. 🥂 Pasamos un tiempo fabuloso en The Sebel. Seis de nosotras disfrutamos de un día y una noche que siempre recordaremos. El personal fue increíble y nuestra cena y desayuno fue 10/10. La única mejora que podríamos sugerir es una mejor iluminación en el baño y los baños. Estaba bastante oscuro. En general, nos lo pasamos de maravilla y volveremos de nuevo. Gracias una vez más de parte de The Girls en las habitaciones 311 y 314.. Saludos.. 🥂

Beautiful location, amazing facility, and outstanding service. Our stays, while short, were nothing but enjoyable. The room was comfortable and stylish (and we absolutely LOVED the large, deep bathtub in our apartment during our most recent stay), and the delicious food & drinks were prepared and delivered promptly by the friendly and helpful staff (special mentions to Sisi and Daryl, who made check-in and finding our room a breeze). Literally EVERY part of our time at the Sebel was pleasant, and we'll happily be back (again!) as soon as we can. Hermosa ubicación, instalaciones increíbles y un servicio excepcional. Nuestras estancias, aunque breves, fueron agradables. La habitación era cómoda y elegante (y nos ENCANTÓ absolutamente la bañera grande y profunda de nuestro apartamento durante nuestra estancia más reciente), y el personal amable y servicial preparó y entregó las deliciosas comidas y bebidas con prontitud (menciones especiales a Sisi y Daryl , quien hizo que el check-in y encontrar nuestra habitación fuera muy fácil). Literalmente, CADA parte de nuestro tiempo en el Sebel fue agradable, y estaremos encantados de volver (¡otra vez!) Tan pronto como podamos.

O quarto era confortável e elegante (e nós absolutamente AMAMOS a banheira grande e profunda em nosso apartamento durante a nossa estadia mais recente), e as deliciosas comidas e bebidas foram preparadas e entregues prontamente pela equipe simpática e prestativa (menções especiais para Sisi e Daryl , que fez o check-in e encontrar o nosso quarto uma brisa). Excellent accommodation. Beautiful rooms justify the higher prices. Good food, although portions a little on the small side. Coffee came out very hot, would ask for a warm one next time. Beautiful spot along the lake, very quiet! Excelente alojamiento. Las hermosas habitaciones justifican los precios más altos. Buena comida, aunque las porciones son un poco pequeñas.
