Primeira vez no PR, então não tenho nada para comparar, mas foi uma excelente experiência. O resort é lindo e localização perfeita na praia e na floresta tropical. Ótimo lugar para relaxar e nós amamos o restaurante Roots. Se você quiser ver San Juan é apenas um passeio de carro. Eu recomendaria os jet skis e a tirolesa. A equipe foi ótima e útil. Os quartos são médios, mas quando você está no paraíso, você só quer um lugar para dormir de qualquer maneira. Dormi muito bem. Eu recomendaria uma estadia aqui a qualquer hora.

First time in PR so I do not really have anything to compare to but it was a excellent experience. The resort is beautiful and perfect location being by the beach and the rainforest. Great place to relax and we loved the Roots restaurant. If you want to see San Juan it's just a car ride away. I would recommend the jet skis, and the zipline. Staff was great and helpful. Rooms are average but when you are in paradise you just want a place to sleep anyway. Slept great.I would recommend a stay here anytime.

O hotel estava limpo, com precauções de segurança covid melhores do que o esperado. A equipe foi amigável e acolhedora. A comida é boa no local e há muitos lugares para comer, fora do terreno, nas proximidades. O tempo estava ótimo.

This is a very nice hotel with all of the amenities. Our stay was fantastic. Every aspect of service (reception, bell service, valet parking, shuttle around the property, housekeeping, concierge, maintenance, golf clubhouse, restaurants) was excellent. The rooms are well furnished, well maintained, very clean, and just very comfortable. The food was very good, especially the dinner at Iguanas restaurant in the clubhouse, which is executive chef level. The views are spectacular. I specifically chose a room with a view of the El Yunque Rain Forest, but if you want a view of the beach that’s great too. The golf courses are of the highest caliber. I played the River Course, which again was towards the rain forest, which was absolutely beautiful. Next time I’ll play the Ocean Course! The golf courses are immaculate. The hotel itself, the pools, and the beach are great. If you’re looking for a fantastic Caribbean island vacation, then Wyndham Grande Rio Mar is absolutely the place to go.

The hotel was clean, with better than expected covid safety precautions. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food is good on the premises and there are many foods places to eat, off grounds, nearby. The weather was great.

Tudo o que posso dizer é EXCELENTE!!!!! Desde o momento em que paramos na limusine até que eles nos colocaram de volta em uma limusine e se despediram! Tivemos a lua de mel mais incrível. Eles atualizaram nosso quarto para excelentes vistas e toda a comida era boa. Tentamos todos os restaurantes. E as bebidas... FORTES como deveriam ser. Grite para Carlos às 5 horas do Bar Somewhere. Ele nos segurou com ótimo serviço, conversa e muitos sorrisos. Charlie o mensageiro foi muito agradável e sempre falando enquanto passávamos e sorrindo. Nós nos divertimos conhecendo toda a equipe e criando ótimas lembranças juntos trazendo o ano novo em nossa lua de mel! Estamos definitivamente trazendo as crianças de volta para desfrutar em breve.

All I can say is EXCELLENT!!!!! From the time we pulled up in the limo until they put us back in a limo and said goodbye! We had the most amazing honeymoon. They upgraded our room to great views and all of the food was just down right good. We tried every restaurant. And the drinks...STRONG just as they should be. Shout out to Carlos at 5 o'clock Somewhere Bar. He held us down with great service, conversation and plenty smiles. Charlie the bellman was very pleasant and always speaking as we passed by and smiling. We had fun meeting all the staff and making great memories together bringing in the new year on our honeymoon! We're definitely bringing the kids back to enjoy soon.

Ficamos nos apartamentos (vilas) adjacentes ao hotel. Nós amamos o quão perto estávamos da piscina e da praia. Praia maravilhosa, com areias finas e dunas para se esconder facilmente entre elas. Muitas palmeiras, cuidadosamente tratadas. Posso ver 3 piscinas, uma fora de alcance, pois é apenas para proprietários, outra para natação, e uma terceira no meio é grande e uma piscina infinita

We stayed at the apartments (villas) adjacent to the hotel. We loved how close we were to the pool and beach. Wonderful beach, with fine sands and dunes to easily hide among them. Lots of palm trees, carefully groomed. I can see 3 pools, one out of reach as it is for owners only, another for swimming laps, and a third one in the middle is large and an infinity pool

O resort era muito limpo, o pessoal é excepcionalmente amigável e útil e a área da praia, pública, mas ainda servida pelos funcionários do hotel, é muito agradável. Existem inúmeras atividades para todos os hóspedes participarem. Existem várias piscinas e locais para comer no resort. A comida era muito boa, mas um pouco caro. No geral, este é um excelente lugar para ficar enquanto visita a ilha.

We have always stayed in San Juan, but just don't feel safe there anymore. Wyndham Grand Rio was quiet and though not all inclusive, it had everything we needed. The food prices were reasonable. The pools large and not crowded. Would have liked more evening activities. Magic Show had a surcharge. Casino wasn't for us. Maybe even smores around the fire pit for adults.

El lugar tiene un restaurante, supuestamente Fine dining, pero es malicimo. Creo que se llama Palio. Los gerentes son un fiasco. Una persona de nombre Noemi, fatal y poco profesional. No se como permiten ese personal en tan buen hotel ? Por lo menos yo no vuelvo, ni lo recomiendo.

The resort was very clean, staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and the beach area, public but still serviced by hotel staff, is very nice. There are numerous activities for all guests to participate in. There are several pools and places to eat on the resort. The food was very good but a little pricey. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay while visiting the island.

El servicio es un desastre y el hotel se está deteriorando. El personal es un desastre desde la primera guardia de seguridad que te encuentras hasta el front desk. Son mal educados y no tienen buenas destrezas de comunicacion. Trataron de cobrarme el cuarto dos veces, y cuando lo reclamas, se trancan y se molestan. No saben lo que es servicio al huesped. La habitacion tenia cucarachas, las lámparas están oxidándose. No lo recomiendo.

El hotel está ubicado al área este de la isla. Es un hotel muy grande ideal para toda la familia. Tiene cerca la playa, diferentes restaurantes y barra. Además,tiene tres piscinas con diferentes ambientes. El servicio en general es bien atento y la limpieza supe estuvo presente. Sin duda, será un lugar para volver en la próximas oportunidades de vacaciones.

A beautiful resort complex with gorgeous views of El Yunque on one side and the ocean on the other. 5-star facilities include private beach, spa, restaurants, golf course, and a casino. Very expansive gated property and secure, guarded by private security. Convenient access from the highway but is quiet nestled behind the lush greenery. Inside & outside is well kept. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, but are a bit dated though and could use a more modern refresh. Parking garage is also pretty small & tight considering the size of the hotel. Overall, an excellent place to spend a few days of R&R. Would stay here again.

Air conditioned, palatial and most importantly, EXPENSIVE!!! Nothing cheap here. Can't really think of something negative other than most forget it is still a pandemic with a new variant. And, you will receive several phone calls to buy property.. Gym, one swimming pool, sauna for 10+, Jimmy buffet bar, one in the pool, large public beach, several restaurants. 2.5 miles to walk around the golf course and grounds. You will need a cab to get off the grounds. $15 to supermarket, $20 to kiosk and $70 to airport. Just found out there is a closer supermarket that delivers over $60. You can rent a car in the hotel but have to pay $15 a day to use empty parking lot. The suites are ocean front. Enjoyed

Excelente experiencia! Los cuartos fueron remodelados y quedaron espectaculares. Las medidas de seguridad e higiene me hicieron sentir segura todo el tiempo. El servicio fue muy bueno. Mi única crítica es el costo del buffet de desayuno, $32 es absurdo en cualquier parte aunque sin duda fue bueno.

Fui una graduacion, el lugar es accesible, enorme esta muy bonito. Todos los empleados desde la seguridad hasta dentro del hotel nos trataron con mucho respeto nos brindaron un servicio de excelencia. Todo bien limpio el salon de la actividad limpio y super comodo. La comida riquisima se botaron con el flan de coco la presentacion bella.. Tuvimos una grata experiencia.

I absolutely LOVED this resort. From the cleanliness, to the friendly staff, it was amazing. For my son and I this was our first time to Puerto Rico. When we go back we will definitely be staying at the Grand Mar! I accidentally booked a king room and they switched it no problem to a double queen. The view was amazing. The food was great. Overall the resort def made our stay better! Thank you all so much for your hospitality and kindness. I can not wait to go back!!!

The hotel is beautiful but the staff is what makes this place stand out. Everyone is amazingly polite and they make you feel at home. It was hard to point out any one person but there is a concierge name Carlos Hernandez that went well out of his way. Juan a server at the main restaurant is the guy to see. He really made me feel at home and made me want to stay and hang out. They truly take customer service to a different level and as a business owner, I will definitely promote the same values that Grand Rio Mar exude. I almost forgot Tayranette, always really sweet and welcoming on the phone. We coordinated a last minute dinner reservation with her and Carlos helping. Everyone was great.

Had a terrific time here. Great location and great staff. Good food that is not too expensive, and high tolerance for bringing your own cooler with you. Hotel had good range of options for eating even during COVID. Hotel is clean and facilities are nice. Not over the top luxury, but very comfortable.
