O nosso quarto era básico, mas limpo e confortável. A equipe do hotel foi útil e agradável. Eu recomendo o hotel para viajantes preocupados com o orçamento que querem estar perto de transporte público. O trem (LIRR) fica a uma curta distância do hotel e de lá você pode facilmente entrar na cidade. Muitas opções de restaurantes nas proximidades. Ainda bem que decidimos ficar aqui.

Our room was basic but clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. I recommend the hotel for budget minded travelers who want to be close to public transportation. The train (LIRR) is only a short distance from the hotel and from there you can easily get into the city. Lots of dining options nearby. Glad we decided to stay here.

Linda, o gerente (eu acredito) torna o hotel 5 estrelas! Ela é útil, acolhedora e agradável, o que é difícil de obter geralmente dos funcionários do atendimento ao cliente! Este lugar é perfeito! Logo no check-in, eu sabia que era uma ótima propriedade. Linda, a agente da recepção, me cumprimentou e me fez sentir bem-vindo. Chegamos muito cedo e os quartos ainda não estavam prontos, então Linda nos disse que poderíamos usar a piscina enquanto isso. Ela logo saiu para a área da piscina para me dizer que meu quarto estava pronto, e era muito mais cedo do que o horário de check-in. Ela de bom grado acomodados meu pedido de quarto para um quarto no piso térreo. Linda foi muito simpática e cortês e nos disse tudo sobre o hotel e as comodidades; ela realmente representou bem a propriedade e é uma excelente provedora de relações com os hóspedes. Todos os funcionários pareciam bem treinados e todos os funcionários que encontrei me cumprimentaram e me perguntaram como eu estava. A propriedade estava limpa e bem conservada. As camas eram confortáveis. A área da piscina estava impecável e bem conservada. Foi uma surpresa tão agradável ter uma piscina externa em um ambiente urbano; isso é muito raro nesta área. Café-da-manhã foi acima da média para café-da-manhã de cortesia do hotel. No geral, eu definitivamente recomendo esta propriedade!

Linda, the manager ( I believe ) makes the hotel 5 star! She is helpful, accommodating and pleasant which is hard to get usually from customer service employees! Our stay at BW MILL RIVER MANOR was great,,., the building is clean , updated, comfortable- the staff is awesome, helpful and super nice! Couldn’t get any better!The hotels around Long Island can’t even compete with this one!

This place is perfect! Right at check in, I knew this was a great property. Linda, the front desk agent, greeted me and made me feel welcome. We arrived very early and the rooms were not ready yet, so Linda told us we could use the pool in the meantime. She shortly came out to the pool area to tell me that my room was ready, and it was much earlier than check-in time. She gladly accommodated my room request for a ground floor room. Linda was very friendly and courteous and told us all about the hotel and the amenities; she really represented the property well and is an outstanding guest relations provider. The staff all seemed well trained and every staff member I encountered greeted me and asked me how I was. The property was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The pool area was spotless and well maintained. It was such a pleasant surprise to have an outdoor pool in an urban setting; this is very rare in this area. Breakfast in the morning was above average for complimentary hotel breakfasts. Overall, I definitely recommend this property!

Depois de 15 anos, voltamos para NY e ficamos aqui. Foi muito conveniente para tudo, incluindo o LIRR. O hotel precisa ser atualizado. Na primeira noite, acho que fui mordido por percevejos, mas não consegui provar. O hotel também precisa de grandes atualizações de pintura para proteger as paredes, porque elas pareciam muito soltas.

After 15 years, we drove back to NY and stayed here. It was very convenient to everything, including the LIRR. The hotel needs to be updated. The first night I think I got bit by bedbugs but couldn’t prove it. The hotel needs major paint upgrades as well to secure the walls because they felt very loose.

Some random person kept banging on my door from 9:30 to 10:30 p.m. "Security" kept missing him. I put that in quotes because security amounted to a young boy who said to me, "Don't worry sir, you are totally safe. I know MMA." After the last time, I asked them not to have security knock and wake me up - it's the same guy and that's all I know. He knocked and woke me up. At that point, I couldn't sleep, just waiting for someone to bang on the door some more. In the morning I complained to the manager who promised to talk to the security boy and get back to me. I've left many message since (it's been a week), and have not heard back. I told them if I did not hear back, I would leave this one-star review. I think they've earned it.

Fiquei 3 dias e o quarto estava limpo. No fim de semana um pouco barulhento lá fora, acalmou domingo e segunda à noite. Ficamos lá porque era meio caminho entre JFK e reuniões de negócios e tem estacionamento gratuito (muito raro). No entanto, cama e travesseiros não são confortáveis e ar condicionado muito alto, mas legal. A equipe muito acolhedora e mais agradável. Microondas e frigobar também foi um plus. Área de um lado é tão e o outro lado pitoresco.

Minha 6ª vez ficar aqui. Uma grande vantagem é que o hotel está a poucos passos da paragem da Estação Ferroviária Rockville Long Island. Sempre limpo. O café da manhã é bom. Honestamente, uma das melhores partes da minha estadia é Linda, a gerente da recepção. Linda é sempre agradável e prestativa. Ela me ajudou a reservar quartos sempre que possível. Se você acabou de chegar ou precisa estender sua estadia... entre em contato com Linda. Uma verdadeira jóia e um ótimo exemplo de excelente serviço ao cliente de hospitalidade. Tenho associações em outros hotéis de primeira linha. Quando estou no Rockville Center, sempre verifico se há um quarto no Best Western. Dois polegares para o hotel e definitivamente para Linda!!!

Stayed for 3 days and the room was clean. On the weekend a little noisy outside, calmed down Sunday & Monday night. We stayed there because it was mid way between JFK and business meetings and has free parking (very rare). However, bed and pillows not comfortable and a/c very loud, but cool. Staff very accommodating and most pleasant. Microwave and small refrigerator was also a plus. Area on one side is so so and the other side quaint.

My 6th time staying here. A big plus is that the hotel is steps away from the Rockville Long Island Railroad Station stop. Always clean. Breakfast is good. Honestly one of the best parts of my stay is Linda, the front desk manager. Linda is always pleasant and helpful. She's helped me book rooms whenever possible. If you've just flown in or need to extend your stay...contact Linda. A true gem and a great example of great hospitality customer service. I have memberships at other top tier hotels. When in Rockville Center, I always check if there is a room at the Best Western. Two thumbs up for the hotel and definitely for Linda!!!

Custo vs experiência / SEM RECEBIMENTO.No check-in a senhora na recepção foi agradável e acolhedora ao solicitar um quarto. Ela foi acolhedora, e eu pensei que seria uma boa estadia.O quarto tinha reforma recente, e era limpo, mas tudo de nível econolodge. um pacote de café normal, e descafeinado, e nenhuma xícara. as camas eram baratas e não eram confortáveis. (se você bater na cama, o colchão vai escorregar. Os travesseiros pareciam travesseiros velhos amontoados em uma pequena caixa.0500 Não tomei café, pois não havia xícara no quarto. Fui até a recepção e me disseram que não havia café até as 06:00, e que eu deveria encontrar o 7-11. Esperei até perto de 0600, e aparentemente foi 4 minutos cedo demais, e me disseram não novamente, do sofá na sala. Às 0605, para ter certeza de que não me disseram não novamente, descobri que o café era café instantâneo Nescafé. Basicamente lama, depois água.no check-out, solicitei um recibo e recebi um papel com os detalhes superiores corretos, mas apenas declarava o saldo 0,00. Não posso entregar isso para despesas e não consigo ver as cobranças. Liguei em 18 de maio de 2022 às 2000, quando voltei para casa para pedir um recibo, pois nenhum foi enviado por e-mail ou disponível. após uma chamada de 25,6 minutos e um tempo de espera dividido em 2 de mais de 18 minutos, obtive uma captura de tela do computador deles.É ilegal em NY recusar um recibo, e eu também tenho que comer pessoalmente este quarto de hotel usado para viagens de negócios. Estou passando as informações para minha empresa e aviso aos outros que NÃO é aqui que você deseja ficar se estiver gerando despesas ou esperando algo decente. Você é cobrado uma taxa incidental de $ 100. Desça a rua onde você pode obter acomodações muito melhores pelo mesmo dinheiro e obtenha um recibo para entregar à sua empresa.A única razão para 2 estrelas foi o check-in e o fato de a porta estar trancada.

Cost vs experience / NO RECEIPT.
On check in the lady at the desk was pleasant, and accommodating when requesting a room. She was welcoming, and I thought it would be a good stay.
The room had recent renovation, and was clean, but econolodge level everything. one packet of regular coffee, and on decaf, and no cup. the beds were cheap, and not comfortable. (if you bump the bed, the mattress will slide off. The pillows felt like old pillows bunched into a little box.
0500 I had no coffee, since there was no cup in the room. I went to the front desk, and was told no coffee until 0600, and that I should find the 7-11. I waited until near 0600, and apparently was 4 minutes too soon, and was told no again, from the couch in the lounge. At 0605, to be sure I didn't get told no again, I found the coffee was Nescafe instant coffee. Basically mud, then water.
on check out, I requested a receipt, and was given a paper that had the correct top details, but only stated balance 0.00. I can't turn that in for expenses, and can't see the charges. I called on 18MAY2022 at 2000, when I got back home to ask for a receipt since none was emailed, or available. after a 25.6 minute call, and a hold time split in 2 of over 18 minutes, I got a screenshot of their computer.
It is illegal in NY to refuse a receipt, and I also have to personally eat this hotel room used for business travel. I am passing the info on to my company, and advise others that this is NOT where you want to stay if you are turning in expenses, or expect anything decent. You are charged a $100 incidental fee. Go right down the street where you can get much better accommodation for the same money, and get a receipt to turn in to your company.
The only reason for 2 stars was check in, and the fact the door locked.

Muy amables, para nosotros la ubicación fue excelente. Lejos del ruido de Manhattan, a 45 minutos de tren , pegado a la estación ( maravilloso), cómoda la habitación,al lado de un supermercado que tiene de todo y una farmacia. 10 puntos,con pileta muy cuidada
