Una estancia tranquila,limpia y excelente ubicación
Quartos muito bem equipados e limpos, tudo muito digital e lindo, fica a poucas quadras do ADO e rotas para ir a praia
Reserve pelo Booking.com e eles não respeitaram minha reserva e eu tive que falar com o Booking, eles cancelaram e eu fiz outra em outro hotel, mas eles exageram e deixam você na mentira, eu não recomendo este lugar. Embora seja barato, é caro no final.
Experiência muito ruim, paguei 2 quartos pelo Booking.com e cheguei para fazer o check-in, eles não têm Lobby e fiquei esperando na rua por 1 hora, para eles me dizerem que havia um erro. Falei com o Booking.com e se foi confirmado. NÃO CHEGUE AQUI, MUITO INFORMAL
O pior... o quarto cheirava a uma tremenda umidade. Não tem onde tirar oxigénio... pois a janela não abre, é com um vidro que é só para ver... Fora isso, no corredor colocam cadeiras e uma mesinha para fumadores... FATAL... já está úmido e sim dá vontade de abrir a porta para ventilar... Entra fumaça de cigarro... Não voltaria por engano
De lo peor .. la habitación con olor a humedad tremenda .No hay por donde entre oxígeno .. ya que la ventana no abre está con un cristal que solo es para ver... Aparte en el pasillo ponen sillas y una mesita para fumadores .. está FATAL ... de por sí húmeda y si uno quiere abrir la puerta para ventilar ... Se mete el humo de cigarro ... Ni por equivocacion volvería
Muy mala experiencia, pague 2 habitaciones por Booking.com y llegue para hacer el check in, no tienen Lobby y estuve esperando en la calle 1 hora, para que me digan que había un error. Hablé a Booking.com y si estaba confirmada. NO LLEGUEN AQUÍ, MIY INFORMALES
Reserve por Booking.com y no respetaron mi reserva y tuve que hablar a Booking, me la cancelaron e hice otra en otro hotel pero sobre venden y te dejan tirado, no les recomiendo este lugar. Aunque sea barato, sale caro al final.
Habitaciones muy bien equipadas y limpias todo es muy digital y lindo ,queda a unas cuantas cuerdas del ADO y rutas para ir a la playa

Eu estava pensando em reservar o lugar, mas não o fiz porque a pessoa responsável não foi muito útil e tinha "isso é o que temos, é pegar ou largar" atitude.Pelo menos um quarto tem janelas que não podem ser abertas para que os odores fiquem com mais frequência.
I was considering booking the place but didnt because the person in charge was not very helpful and had "this is what we have, take it or leave it" attitude. At least one room have windows that cannot be opened so odors could stay more frequently.
Eu já fiquei neste local duas vezes agora em visitas a Cancún. É muito limpo e tem uma localização central perfeita. Tudo é alcançável. Nunca me senti inseguro em nenhum lugar de Cancún, mas como um bônus adicional, é um prédio e localização muito seguros. A melhor parte é o gerente, Yarahí. Ela é tão legal e prestativa e seu inglês é excelente, o que é ótimo quando você fala apenas um pouco de espanhol.
O PIOR! Reservei este lugar na manhã do sábado 20 de março de 2021 (36 horas antes de chegar!) E a primeira coisa que fiz após a reserva foi comunicar à propriedade a minha hora de chegada: Eu disse que o meu voo chegaria no aeroporto às 23h20 no domingo 21 de março e para que eu chegasse a Balam entre as 00h00 e 01h00. Cheguei lá às 00:50, toquei a campainha ... esperei ... toquei de novo a campainha ... esperei ... uma hora, mas ninguém veio abrir. Então eu bati de novo e finalmente depois de cerca de 1 hora (cerca de 1h40) uma senhora veio, mas ela nem abriu a porta: ela apenas disse do outro lado da porta que eu fui 'rude' em bater tanto ( mas se eu não tocasse / batesse por tanto tempo ela nem chegaria na porta ...) e que minha hora de chegada fosse tarde demais, então ELA NÃO ME DEIXOU FICAR LÁ (eu tive que ir buscar para outro lugar às 1h50!), mas ENTÃO se a minha hora de chegada fosse tarde demais, por que ela não cancelou minha reserva imediatamente? Por que ela me deixou chegar lá se ela sabia o meu horário de chegada ?? TERRÍVEL! Depois de me deixar esperar 1 hora lá fora no meio da noite (enquanto ela sabia minha hora de chegada) parecia que para ela eu estava errado, enquanto para ela era "tudo normal": ela tem um total desrespeito pelas pessoas e para clientes neste caso.P.s. E o endereço no Google Maps está errado. O endereço certo é: Gladiolas Retorno 7, 25P.S. 2: o número de TELEFONE que ela deixou no app / site de reservas NÃO EXISTE: ao tentar ligar para esse número de telefone, você ouvirá apenas uma voz pré-gravada dizendo "este número não está em serviço". Também tentei ligar para o número que está no Google Maps, mas ninguém atendeu
El lugar está súper bonito muy limpio excelentes precios la ubicación es lo mejor es lo turístico del centro y todo te queda a pasos transporte para las playas restaurantes tiendas 24hrs el mercado de artesanías está a unas cuantas calles caminando sin duda nos encanto
THE WORST! I booked this place on the morning of Saturday March 20th 2021(36 hours before arriving!) and the first thing that I did after booking it, is been to communicate to the property my arrival time: I said that my flight would arrive at the airport at 23:20 on Sunday March 21st and that so I would arrive at Balam between 00:00 and 01:00. I arrived there at 00:50, I ringed the bell...waited...ringed again the bell...waited...for one hour, but nobody came to open. So I knocked again and finally after about 1 hour (around 1:40am) a lady came but she didn't even open the door: she just said from the other side of the door that I was 'rude' to knock so hard(but if I didn't ring/knock for so long she wouldn't even come to the door...) and that my arrival time was too late, so SHE DIDN'T LET ME STAY THERE(I had to go to search for another place at 1.50am!), but THEN if my arrival time was too late why she didn't cancel my booking right away?? Why she let me arrive there if she knew my arrival time ?? TERRIBILE! After letting me wait for 1 hour outside in the middle of the night(while she knew my arrival time) seemed that for her I was in the wrong, while for her was "all normal": she has a total lack of respect for people and for clients in this case. P.s. And the address on Google Maps is wrong. The right address is: Gladiolas Retorno 7, 25 P.S. 2: the PHONE number that she left on Booking app/website DOESN'T EXIST: trying to call to that phone number you will just hear a prerecorded voice saying "this number is not in service". I also tried to call to the number that is on Google Maps but nobody picked up the phone
I have stayed at this location twice now on visits to Cancún. It is very clean and in a perfect central location. Everything is walkable. I have never felt unsafe anywhere in Cancún, but as an added bonus it is a very secure building and location. The best part though is the manager, Yarahí. She is so nice and helpful and her English is excellent which is great when you only speak a little Spanish.
Visited from the USA stayed for about 6 days. Place was great and in a very good location. Walking distance to everyplace to eat and shop. Would stay there again!
Amazing brand new boutique hotel at the heart of the action in Cancun! Awesome service, super clean rooms fully equipped with all you need from iron, iron board, hair dryer, smart TVs, Wi-fi and even safe box!!
An unusual place. No hotel sign outside Just a bar and coffee shop ... hotel is in back. Pros: Room is new and great. Kitchenette with induction cooktop. Big smart TV. Cons: Room is humid, window to corridor which was brightly lit - thin curtains so room was not dark at night. Stayed two nights, room was not cleaned. No front desk.
Upon getting to the hotel, I was impressed at how much larger the rooms, the hallways, and everything else! My friends and I were able to rent 3 rooms during our 3 day stay in Cancun. It's very close to the areas we wanted to visit. The location is perfect for those who want to hang out with the locals and feel the "cancun" vibe at the same time. A block away was the plaza where local food was available every night. As for the hotel: The rooms were clean, the maids were prompt with their service. We received new towels and our beds were made each day we were out. The hotel has its own lunch/dinner area for you to have a sit down and get to know other guests. The pool are was on the second floor, and it made it a great view as we were staying on the 3rd floor! The exciting part was that we can book rooms right by each other and the balcony linked our rooms, so all we needed to do was step out 3 feet and we would be in each others room! (This was something not alot of other hotels I've been to have had).AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Would highly recommend over and over again.
The hotel is beautiful and bigger than it looks from the outside. It’s very conveniently located and the plaza across is very safe and has many souvenir pop up shops at night and local eats. The pool was is very pretty and the rooms are big and have everything you could need for your trip. My group and i had a great time here.
