We booked this venue November 2020 when there was still construction going on all around us. However, we were blown away by what we were able to see and trusted that we were in good hands. If I were writing this review nearly 2 years ago, the score would be very different. To put it simply, our planning process and working with this venue initially were just awful. We were promised so many things during our tour process that never came to fruition. After many talks and visits with different managers, the venue was able to really turn things around and I truly would like to credit Shawn and Aurora for this. Aurora was our final event coordinator after cycling through almost 4 people and she is just incredible. She was attentive, she took notes and jumped into a messy situation that was no fault of hers. She was very easy to contact and helped us through multiple outside issues including our best man/officiant catching covid on our rehearsal day! Without Aurora I do not know how else our day would have been as amazing as it was. The food is fantastic and I think that goes without saying. My bridal attendant Tatiana was also fantastic. She advocated for me the entire day, constantly asked what i needed even if it was just that i needed a break or to be alone. At the end of the night she helped me remove my hair extensions and even asked if it was okay for her to go home or if she still needed my help. She was kind, funny and great company to have by my side. Overall, I think this venue is finally heading in the right direction despite being off to a rocky start. Our pictures came out just stunning and we are so happy to have had our wedding here.

Our daughter got married at Park Chateau last week and we used the Chateau Grande as the hotel for our guests. From the time we books rooms over a year ago until the date of the event everyone we worked with could not have been more helpful! Our main contact was Alison and she was absolutely the best! Polite, helpful, friendly, and professional are just some words to describe her! She always got back to me whenever I reached out and was helpful making changes and additions thought out the past months.
Our stay and our guests was also great. Everyone could not stop talking about how beautiful the rooms and hotel was, and also how friendly everyone was! Special thanks to Erica, Sophia, Tessa, and Hernan for their exceptional service!
Lastly, we had a recovery breakfast the next day for our guests and once again the hotel, Events by David Burke, and the staff did an amazing job. The room was great and the food was delicious. Special thanks to Hope for all of her help and Vito for running things so smoothly that morning!
I also wanted to thank Sam for his follow up and help with some final details. I highly recommend this hotel even if you are not attending an event there. It is definitely the best hotel and one of the best restaurants around!

Great Upscale Hotel. My family stayed here for a wedding on the 4th of July. The room was luxurious and spacious, the beds very comfortable. The Hotel had a great security feature which required your key card to operate the elevator and allow you to only select the floor your room is located. The room was designed energy efficient requiring a key card to be entered into a slot for the lights and power to function, which is a great and shows care from the operations management. The wedding venue across from the hotel was top notch with very attentive service and five star cuisine. Even though it was a very crowded holiday weekend with a large amount of guests requiring attention the staff and management worked very hard to accommodate everyone. I appreciated the "thank you for staying and asking if we enjoyed everything and if there was anything else we needed at this time" provided by Anna at checkout. This hotel is worth a trip for a great stay.

Superb venue for a business trip. Beautiful, thoughtfully decorated rooms and highly professional staff. Restaurant on site was simply decadent - incredible, well-selected and impeccably cooked seafood, and obscenely good desserts.
At the bar, ask for Dan to make you a smokey old fashioned - you won't regret it.
We'll definitely visit again.

This hotel is exquisite! I stayed here recently for a wedding and everything about the experience was top notch. The hotel is a beautiful venue that is well maintained inside and out, and the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and professional. All the facilities are modern and beautifully styled. While staying at the hotel, I dined at Orchard Park by David Burke. That experience was extraordinary! The restaurant staff was very personable, and the food and drinks were amazing (I recommend the porterhouse for two if you are dining with another person). The hotel and restaurant regularly have live music and other entertainment which was a nice touch. There’s also an outdoor patio where you can lounge and have a cocktail. This hotel is worth a stay at, or even just a visit for a drink at the bar or a meal at the restaurant. I will definitely be back.
