Located in the edge of Malang City, just near Ayam Pak Soleh on the way to Batu City, the hotel serves a nice view of the friendly Malang. It is in the front gate of a real estate in Malang. Simple design of room with reasonable prices. The pool is also nice although you need to walk for around 50 meters from the hotel. Service and food prices are also good, very cheap with almost 15k for each item.

Nice and clean hotel with good price. Good location near Batu tourist area malang. Just breakfast in the different building (need to walk), limited parking area and not big enough swimming pool.

I give this hotel 3 stars.
Located at strategic area, easy to find, its located not too far from Batu and Malang, the street connected directly from Surabaya-Malang toll. Aprox 90 minutes from Juanda International Airport (normal traffic), 30 minutes from Abd Rahman Saleh Airport, Malang, 30 minutes from Malang Kota railway station.
This is 3 stars hotel but low budget. They have several facilities that we can enjoy while we stay at this hotel.
Their standart room with two comfy beds, cool AC, mineral water, amenities, slippers, hot and cold shower, the room isn't spacy, 22 m2.
This hotel also have a swimming pool, ball room, restaurant. Those facilities we can get in their club house, located opposite with the hotel building.
The price include breakfast. But breaksfast just so so, just simple food such like, chicken porridge, toast, fried rice, fried chicken with soya sauce, kwetiau (Chinese rice noodle), coffee, tea and local fruits. If you want to try another dish, they have affordable price food, start from idr 25000 or 2 dollars.
Sorry, I forgot to take the room's picture when its clean. So far this hotel is good enough for me with the price. Have a nice try!!

To say the least: not recommended. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone I know.
I booked this because I saw the review and it’s quite good. But not at all. The only good thing is the personnel is really helpful and polite.
Far from batu and malang area. Not recommended if you don’t have your own vehicle.
Breakfast food is too bad. I don’t know whether it just because of the high season but I won’t recommend it to anyone. The milk is just condensed milk dissolved with too much water. Juice are too sweet. The coffee is too watery ( I am serious with this: even making your own instant coffee will taste so much better).
The room is not sound proof. And they haven’t finished cleaning our room by 2pm. How sad it is!!
So, anyone, save yourself from ruining your holiday by not staying in this hotel.
