É bom, é barato, o bom é que fica em frente ao porto para ir a Isla Mujeres. Pedimos toalhas de praia e eles forneceram. A desvantagem do hotel é que a cama e o travesseiro são duros. Nosso filho se sentiu mal e vomitou no estacionamento e, embora tenham visto na recepção que estávamos com pressa, eles não vieram nos oferecer uma ajudinha.

Esta bien, es económico, lo bueno es que está enfrente el puerto para ir a Isla Mujeres. Pedimos toallas para la playa y si nos las proporcionaron. Lo malo del hotel es que la cama y la almohada están duras. Nuestro niño se sintió mal y vomitó en el estacionamiento y aunque vieron en recepción que estábamos apurados, no se acercaron a ofrecernos un poco de ayuda.

Bom custo benefício. Em frente ao ferry para Isla de las Mujeres. Um pouco longe dos restaurantes. Deve-se alugar um carro, pegar um táxi ou ônibus. Uber é muito difícil de conseguir.

Quando você faz a reserva online, eles dizem um preço e, quando chegamos, era mais caro do que a taxa de câmbio do dólar.Este super serca (500 metros) da balsa para Isla Mujeres, o quarto é muito confortável, fica bem em frente a Puerto Juarez e um oxxo, se você pegar a rota 6 por $ 10 pesos por pessoa pode te levar, o que nós não gostou é Compramos comida e ela tá cheia de formiguinhas, tem praga em todos os móveis menos na cama.Na recerba diz que inclui café da manhã, mas eles nos disseram que devido a uma pandemia eles não estavam dando esses cafés da manhã.só por isso damos 2 estrelas.

Al reservar por Internet te dicen un precio, y cuando llegamos salio más caro que por q cambio el tipo de cambio del dolar.Esta super serca (500 mts) de ferry para isla mujeres, esta muy cómoda la habitación, esta justo enfrente de el puerto juarez y un oxxo, si tomas la ruta 6 por $10 pesos por persona te puede llevar, lo q no nos gusto es que compramos comida y se lleno de hormiguitas, tienen plaga en todos los.muebles excepto en la cama.En la recerba dice que incluye desayuno, pero nos dijeron que por pandemia no estaban dando esos desayunos.solo por eso le damos 2 estrellas.

Este hotel está justo en frente de la terminal de puerto Juárez de dónde salen todos los tours por lo que su ubicación es muy práctica. Tiene un precio bastante bajo pero la calidad no es mala

Hotel muy tranquilo, limpio y bien por el área común, el plus es que llegas caminando a puerto Juárez para tomar el ferry. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar allí.

Hotel económico con buena ubicación. Justo al frente pasan dos rutas de transporte público que te ahorrarán bastante dinero en transporte. La ruta 6 te deja en el mercado 28, un lugar donde encontrarás comida económica y muy buena. Además, esta ruta te deja en el paradero de la ruta 2, misma que podrás tomar para ir a la zona hotelera. La atención del hotel es buena. No pude probar la comida porque el servicio estaba suspendí debido a la contingencia.

I stay here every time i come. Super easy location. Food house keeping clean sheets. Safe never had an issue and the dudes/chick at desk is super happy to help you get in amd settled if a room comes unavailable.

Dingy, didn't seem that clean and bad location unless you're just trying to get to the ferry. Pretty much nothing to eat or do within walking distance. Was glad it was just 1 night

Súper friendly staff , specially Ms. Luisa, she was very helpful , she made our stay more pleasant and helped us find things to do around Cancun. Breakfast is limited but I was ok with that, on the page they advertise a pool which they don’t have , instead they have a nice terrace with a shower there , we found that nice and we didn’t care much about the swimming pool since we spent quite some time on the beach. Ferry to Isla mujeres is just across the street which is very convenient , not too much to do in Puerto Juarez but public transportation is available and not expensive and hotel zone and Tulum Ave are not too far from there . Overall I will definitely recommend Hotel del Sol . 😍 Muchas gracias a los empleados de Hotel del Sol, muy amables y serviciales especialmente gracias a la Sra. Luisa por toda su ayuda, definitivamente un lugar a donde pensamos regresar.

To start with whats good about this hotel, its very clean as house keeping are really passionate to do their job. The lady is very talented and keeps smile on our face with figures she made with towels. She was our hero during our stay as everyday she impressed us with something else! Its location just opposite to Port Juarez marina, so at least you are near the beach a way from city chaos. Budget cost and that expansive compare to other hotels in Cancun. They also have good parking inside the premises.What troubled us, Internet connection was very bad in rooms so really forget about that. Breakfast was terrible with one choice everyday (mostly two pieces of pancakes), so almost sweet one every morning. Sometimes you get good fried eggs (just one day a week). The hotel is very close to the street so it gets very noisy if you try to sleep with windows open. There is one supermarket opposite to hotel and that's it. Supermarkets in there are mostly for chips and drinks. Some sandwiches but all filled with salami.

So this place is great if your looking for a place to sleep. The design is modern and everything looks clean. Bathrooms were compacted but it was manageable. Right across the street from a port to go to Isla Mujeres. My complaints are that theres not that many restaurants around so you would have to rely on the Oxxo across the street, the hotels food, or that one resturant across the street. The hotel distant from the main part of town. On top of that each employee has there side business of tourism packages. The front guy tried to sell us a Isla Murjeres package for 500 pesos, while the cleaning lady came up to us secretly selling the same package for 350 pesos. Kind of sketchy....shows how the "team" functions. The package is pretty okay. I would take the package for one day to familiarize myself with Isla Mujeres and get to know the true locals of Isla mujeres, and the next day do my own thing at Isla Mujeres. I would use uber instead of the taxis that the hotel offers. Way cheaper.
