We definitely booked here for the amenities, which were pretty gross unfortunately. Steam room smelled musty and had Kleenex on the floor, no soap at pool, no sanitizer in any dispensers.. hot tub was closed.. and the pool was super cloudy. Just didn't feel/smell/appear clean. When we noticed our room did not have a sticker indicating it was "cleaned", we asked about it and the desk person said "she must have forgotten". Although it appeared it was cleaned.. the room smelled musty and air was thick.. I might sound picky.. but they definitely shouldn't be charging what they charge. Why don't hotels put water bottles in the fridges!? With what we paid.. that should be standard everywhere. I'm so disappointed. To be fair, service was polite and shower pressure was top notch. However we will not be returning.

I moved to timmins our company had contract over there and booked us microtel. Let me tell you guys they have amazing service. The rooms were neat and clean always. Andrew was very cool and friendly. Manpreet kaur was there at reception she is very helpful, polite and always bringing positive attitude towards you. Really enjoyed my stay over there.

Y’all need to clean your pool ASAP and fix your hot tub and steam room for the sake of public health. Floating Hair clumps, bandaids, dirt, murky water. Hepatitis is waiting to happen. The whole point of booking this business hotel was for these amenities. Invest in your guests please.

Employees are helpful and kind. Nice, quiet room. Also quiet heater. Spa area is nice with pool, steam room and hot tub. Very happy with this hotel. Perfect for a few relaxing days.
