4 stars for value compared to hotel / motel prices. Need to get wifi in the rooms, if even for the summer. Existing connection is old technology and most modern computers cannot accommodate. easy and friendly check in and help when needed. Mike

Helpful and kind staff, good value rooms. Only paid around $90 including taxes for one night and got two rooms to myself. If you're visiting, you're more than likely only going to be at the residence just to sleep and shower and this is place has all you need for that.

Nice accommodations for our purpose (competing in a triathlon). Not sure of the value though when compared to that of hotels in the area that offer room service, restaurants, gym, etc. , for $20 more you would get these added amenities. Room was clean and had a kitchenette.

Shared a room as part of a conference I was attending at Niagara College. Check-in was fairly quick, rooms were looked after each day, toiletries were restocked the first day but not the second but I'm sure I could have asked for more if I needed them. Towels are somewhat worn but functional. I've stayed in College dorms before and this one is very similar to others. Great price and very quiet at night.

I was not impressed in the condition of the NC dorm...yhe rooms smelled damp and moldy and the rooms have old ripped carpets. To pay almost $7000 in dorm fees to feel like I'm moving in to a delapitated jail cell is disheartening. I should of been able to see the dorm before paying because if I had I wouldn't be staying in residence. It took 3 visits before I was allowed to see a room even though I called a head each time and was told no problem. I am very disappointed in the condition of the rooms (at least the one I was able to see)
