EVITE A TODO CUSTO!! LIGUEI PARA A POLÍCIA POR TENTAR FAZER O CHECK-IN COM UMA RESERVA!! Fiz uma reserva para mim e para o cônjuge com deficiência, até ajuda extra para um quarto ADA Premium. Bom, tivemos problemas com o carro, chegaríamos tarde. Tentei ligar diretamente para o hotel para avisar que ainda estamos chegando, sem resposta. Continuava ligando, sem resposta. Voltei para a estrada, continuei ligando, sem resposta. Neste ponto, a condição médica de minha esposa precisa ser atendida, então apenas dirigimos para o hotel. Entrei no saguão, estava vazio, exceto por um laptop passando um filme, e o McDonald's espalhado pelos assentos dos clientes. Por fim, uma jovem entrou de fora, abriu a porta e, sem se apresentar, gritou "QUEM VOCÊ PENSA QUE VAI ENTRAR AQUI. SAIA". Expliquei que estava fazendo o check-in, mostrei a ela minha reserva. Ela correu atrás do vidro à prova de balas, então continuou gritando. Eu novamente mostrei a ela minha reserva. Ela gritou "EU CANCELEI ISSO. NÃO POSSO ESPERAR A NOITE TODA." Tentei novamente explicar que liguei várias vezes sem resposta, ela disse "Isso não é problema meu". ENTÃO CHAMOU A POLÍCIA PARA MIM. Muito bom policial veio, disse que essa mulher liga com frequência para evitar lidar com clientes, e que eles gostariam de poder controlar quem eles contrataram. Ele foi cutucar minha esposa, pediu desculpas por isso estar acontecendo conosco e se ofereceu para ligar para encontrar um hotel para nós e nos levar até lá. Fiquei agradecido, mas recusei, e acabei estacionado atrás de um WaWa cuidando das necessidades médicas, antes de dirigir até nosso destino. Tentei ligar para o Atendimento ao Cliente do Red Roof Inn, mas eles não são 24 horas, o que não parece tão amigável para viagens. Eu nunca, nunca vou ficar em um Red Roof Inn novamente.

AVOID AT ALL COST!! CALLED POLICE ON ME FOR TRYING TO CHECK IN WITH A RESERVATION!! Made a reservation for myself and disabled spouse, even aid extra for an ADA Premium room. Well, we had car trouble, would arrive late. Tried calling hotel directly to advise we are still coming, no answer. Kept calling, no answer. Got back on the road, kept calling, no answer. At this point, my spouses medical condition needs attending to, so we just drove on to the hotel. I went into the lobby, it was empty, except for a laptop playing a movie, and McDonald's spread across the customer seating. Eventually a young woman came in from outside, ripped open the door and without introducing herself scream "WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE COMING IN HERE. GET OUT." I explained I was checking in, showed her my reservation. She hurried in behind the bullet proof glass enclosure, then continued screaming. I again showed her my reservation. She screamed "I CANCELLED THAT. I CAN'T BE WAITING AROUND ALL NIGHT." I again tried to explain that I called several time with no answer, she said "That is not my problem." THEN CALLED THE POLICE ON ME. Very nice police officer came, said that this woman calls often to avoid dealing with customers, and that they wish they could control who they had hired. He went and poke with my spouse, apologized that this was happening to us, and offered to call around to find a hotel for us and would lead us there. I was thankful but declined, and I ended parked behind a WaWa taking care of the medical needs, before driving through to our destination. Tried to call Red Roof Inn Customer Service, but they are not 24 hours, Which does not seem all that travel friendly. I will never, ever stay at a Red Roof Inn again.

Red Roof neste local sempre vem para mim e minha família. Check-in rápido e os quartos estão sempre limpos. As donas de casa são simpáticas. Então, se você precisar de alguma coisa para o quarto, não hesite em perguntar.

Pontos positivos: Os funcionários são muito agradáveis e prestativos. Contrataria cada um deles para trabalhar comigo. Tudo o que eu precisava, eles recebiam imediatamente e ficavam felizes em fazê-lo. Muito bastante área e não muito ao redor. Wi-Fi muito rápido. Tínhamos vários dispositivos nele e não diminuiu a velocidade. Negativo: Quando chegamos, nossos vizinhos estavam na varanda ouvindo música, fumando maconha. Eles nos viram e entraram e não ouvimos nada deles pelo resto da noite. Nosso quarto não tinha cortina de chuveiro, então tivemos que pegar uma na mesa. Eles precisam cortar a grama. Uma noite, havia um segurança armado. Não tenho certeza sobre o que era aquilo. Nenhum café ou café da manhã de qualquer tipo. Dunkin 'é logo abaixo da estrada. Não há sinais de fumar em todos os lugares, mas nossa roupa de cama tinha buracos de queima de cigarro.3 noites por $ 320 total com impostos.

Red Roof at this location always comes thru for me and my family. Quick check in and the rooms are always clean. The housekeepers are nice. So if you needed anything for the room, don't hesitate to ask.

Positives:
The staff is very nice and helpful. I would hire each of them to work with me. Anything I needed they got immediately and were happy doing it. Very quite area and not too much around. Very fast wifi. We had several devices on it and it did not slow down.
Negative:
When we arrived, our neighbors were on the balcony listening to music, smoking weed. They saw us and went inside and we didn’t hear anything from them the rest of the night. Our room didn’t have a shower curtain, so we had to get one from the desk. They need to cut the grass. One night, there was an armed security guard. Not sure what that was about. No coffee or breakfast of any kind. Dunkin’ is just down the road. There are no smoking signs everywhere, but our bedding had cigarette burn holes in them.
3 nights for $320 total with tax.

A mulher que trabalhava no turno da noite claramente não queria estar lá. Ela não deu uma atitude mas definitivamente não prestou um bom serviço. Além disso, não há ferro ou tábua de passar roupa? Sério? O quarto também não se parecia com a foto. Fique apenas se for necessário, não escolha ficar lá.

As pessoas no escritório são agradáveis, as senhoras da limpeza são agradáveis e prestativas se você precisar de toalhas extras. .etc. O proprietário é um homem muito simpático, ele quer que seu hóspede se sinta confortável.

The woman working the night shift clearly did not want to be there. She didn't give an attitude but she definitely didn't give good service. Also, no iron or ironing board? Really? Room didn't look like the picture either. Stay only if u have to, don't choose to stay there.

This hotel doesn't have a lot of stores close by, but that's what makes it nice to me. It's quit. The people in the office are nice, the cleaning ladies are nice and helpful if you need extra towels..etc. The owner is a very nice Man, he wants his guest to feel comfortable.

Lori (não tenho certeza sobre a ortografia exata), a senhora que me registrou, foi extremamente rude e inútil. Cheguei à meia-noite, depois de duas horas dirigindo, e mostrei a confirmação dela pelo Hotels.com. Ela disse que não conseguiu encontrar minha reserva e me disse para ligar para o Hotel.com. Liguei para o número 800 central para o Red Roof Inn e eles encontraram minha reserva imediatamente apenas pelo meu sobrenome. Lori, causa minha irritação desnecessária porque ela estava com preguiça de colocar minhas informações corretas. Não houve desculpas!No geral, havia muitas pessoas vadiando e sendo barulhentas ao redor das instalações e elas pareciam sombrias. Parece que algumas pessoas vivem aqui.

Lori (not sure about exact spelling), the lady who checked me in, was extremely rude and unhelpful. I arrived at midnight, after two hour of driving, and showed her confirmation through Hotels.com. She said she could not find my reservation and told me call Hotel.com. I called the central 800 number for Red Roof Inn and they found my reservation immediately just by my last name. Lori, cause my much unnecessary aggravation because she was either too lazy to put in my information correct. There was no apology!Overall there were too many people loitering and being noisy in around the premises and they looked shady. Looks like some people live here.

Lugar tranquilo y de paso, solo para disfrutar 1 o 2 dias, esta alejado de washington DC a 40 mminutos en auto y tiene a pocos minutos el arundel mills mall el Hotel no tiene desayuno ni piscina. si posee un espacio grande de estacionamiento. ELtrato con el personal fue muy amable.
