Excelente hotel la amabilidad y servicio de todos fue increíble. En el restaurante lirios nos atendieron Excelente soy muy atentos. También el cuidado de todo el personal utilizado las medidas sanitarias

El hotel está muy bonito, las habitaciones muy cómodas y bien arregladas. El personal muy atento y muy amable a excepción de la señorita de reservaciones de restaurante, era de Ucrania me parece, muy mala atención de su parte. La alberca super bien y el equipo de animación siempre tratando de que la pases bien. Tengo que decir que en la calidad de alimentos tienen 2 estrellas. Los chilaquiles del desayuno están terribles, el café bde restaurante pésimo, y la carne del restaurante de especialidades Brazil de muy baja calidad (confirmado por el mismo mesero). La cancha de tenis está en ruinas y el staff del masaje no deja de molestarte para que tomes uno en el spa. Creo por la pandemia tuvieron que bajar costos y es comprensible, es por eso que le doy 4 estrellas en vez de 3. Realmente se esforzaron en qué la pasemos bien. Si llegan a mejorar los alimentos se llevan las 5 estrellas.

It’s a beautiful resort that was built into, and around, the wilderness. That’s what really impressed me. They simply didn’t tear down the entire wilderness just to put a resort up by the beach. I was extremely impressed with the work staff and the social distancing protocol that was implemented at this resort. They really had it down pat and are doing a much better job than many places here in the U.S. Even though this resort offers all inclusive I would highly recommend to have some dollars/pesos on hand to tip the staff. They are very attentive and work extremely hard. Our concierge, Marco, was fantastic and went above and beyond to secure our dinner reservations and answer all of our questions regarding recommended excursions and visiting the neighboring cities/towns. The trip was extremely relaxing and everything we could’ve asked for. The only negative was that a few areas of the resort seemed to be roped off or in need of a little clean up. This was perfectly understandable, as our visit was a week after Hurricane Delta, which I’m sure caused some havoc.

I'd say this place is almost like a bucket list type place. maybe I don't get out much but it's a cool place to put it mildly. any ultra polished resort is a dime a dozen in Mexico. this place has much more to offer although the rooms are not very modern in many cases. I'd say room buildings 1-9 are better than the other 70 buildings or so that seem older and outdated. but who cares? who hangs out in the room anyway, and our air conditioning was way impressive as I love it cold when i sleep. but the monkeys are out near or behind the lobby every morning seemingly along with peacocks and other raccoon type animals, so that's super cool. the water park is even exciting for adults like me with nice sized drops. go there! just do it! trust me, for the price you won't be disappointed. the hibachi restaurant is the best restaurant on site.

Two weeks of vacation in Sandos for a first visit to Mexico. Excellent experience, the rooms are clean, the food is good and the activities well organized. The animation team is always friendly and smiling. The only small negative point could be the prices at the resort store which are really exaggerated, think about taking your own sunscreen with you... You will need it !

We love everything about this resort that we decided to extend our trip even longer. My daughter loves the kids club, and Sam and Carolina have been absolutely wonderful! The food has been great, so many family friendly activities, and the staff has been very accommodating and amazing!

The entertainment was outstanding. The entertainment staff was very involved and made it fun for all ages. They were very interactive and had activities all day. Richie and Ruben hung out with us the most. They played volleyball and soccer with us and other guests. They are constantly entertaining all of the children with sports, activities and dancing. The service was awesome as well and all of the employees are very kind. There is a very home-like feeling throughout the resort and the staff puts in extra effort to make you comfortable and give you the best experience.

My first vacation in Mexico was excellent because Ricardo and the entertainment staff were very energetic and friendly. They encourage everyone to get up and dance. Even when I had no more energy from all the activities throughout the day, Ricardo made the dancing look fun. I had a great time and will definitely come back soon.

Es un hotel maravilloso, tiene todo lo que buscas en un All Inclusive, la comida es muy variada y el servicio al cuarto es excelente, la seguridad del lugar es muy buena solo hay un pequeño pero importante detalle, cuando llueve fuerte no se si a todas las habitaciones de la planta baja, pero en la que estuvimos nosotros se nos metió el agua, y también tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente en la regadera, hubo una persona del área de ventas que incomodó nuestro segundo día y no fue amable, de ahí en fuera todo estuvo excelente

Love this resort! Just returned from our second visit and can’t wait to go back. Rooms are great for families, food was very good but the best part is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and works extremely hard to take care of the guests. Guadalupe at the pool bar was excellent, Eli and Rosie at the Sports Bar were awesome and the entertainment staff was the best. Kevin, Victoria, Ritchie and Reuben were so much fun, we had a blast with them. Already planning our next vacation.

Muy bonito el hotel, muy grande y con muchas actividades para niños. La playa no es tan bonita puesto que hay muchas rocas, las medidas de higiene por contingencia no son las mejores creo que pueden mejorar mucho. El restaurante principal la laguna no es tan bueno realmente, y en el restaurante la Toscana el servicio es bastante lento y malo, aunque la comida es deliciosa. Vale la pena pasar unas vacaciones allí, sin duda regresaría. El personal es en general muy amable aunque como en toda la zona hay preferencia por el turismo extranjero.

Just want to drop a quick shout out to the amazing entertainment staff especially Kevin! We had such a fun time and I think that the entertainment crew had so much to do with it. They keep a fun atmosphere with a water aerobics and stretching class and night time dancing at the theater club. My entire family joined in and had a blast. Such dedicated staff and a wonderful vacation. Thanks again Kevin and the rest of crew for making it extra special.

The only reason I am giving you 5 stars is because of The entertainment staff. Big shout out to Ruben, Kevin, Victoria and Ritchie! They were awesome and did a very good job at keeping us entertained at the pool as well as interacted with the guests after the nightly shows! Even teaching my kids a few dance moves! If it was not for them, our trip would not been as much fun as it was. These guys deserve a raise!

O melhor hotel da minha vida amamos demais tanto que ficamos 4 noites em um Sandos o de Cancún mas não gostamos muito porém o Sandos Caracol reservamos porque não gostamos do hotel que fomos e cancelamos e compramos uma semana nele e achamos um paraíso na terra. Sandos caracol é dentro de uma floresta com cenote, animais, inúmeras atividades e shows além de restaurantes fabulosos e praias lindas, sem contar que os atendentes são mega prestativos e carinhosos. Pretendemos voltar e indicar para os amigos foi tudo maravilhoso 🥰

Very nice service and very helpful staff. The beach at Sandos Caracol Eco Resort is better than others in the area. Just north of Playa Del Carmen. They keep the place very clean. I got a nice haircut at their salon inside their gym and spa area. They were very flexible on making my appt work for me. Nice pool area. It would be nice if they used their shuttle golf carts more productively. There are some long walks depending on where your room is with empty carts driving past you who could easily pick you up and take you to where you are walking like other resorts do for their guests near this resort that have a similar resort blueprint layout. Can't beat the price and the service that comes with it though. I recommend Sandos Caracol Eco Resort.
