Se Hospedaram 3 noites e chamado arrumação várias vezes sem sucesso. Não me dão nem uma toalha. Fiz check-out no meu 3º dia sem tomar banho porque não tinha toalha. Tudo o que eles ofereceram foi que minha taxa de estacionamento de US$ 16 será retirada, o que nunca foi feito. Muito triste porque o prédio parece ótimo e está localizado em uma área agradável.

Stayed 3 nights and called housekeeping multiple times to no avail. They won't even give me a towel. I checked out on my 3rd day without a shower because I had no towel. All what they offered was that my $16 parking charge will be taken out which was never done. Very sad because the building looks great and is located in a nice area.

Bom hotel. O amor seu spa! Definitivamente vai voltar. Os quartos são bons, mas o restaurante estava fechado permanentemente e o bar não abria até as 16h. A piscina não estava funcionando, o que eu gostaria de saber com antecedência. $ 16 por dia para estacionar.

I se hospedaram no University of Maryland Hotel várias vezes nos últimos anos.As tarifas são boas e o atendimento excelente. A equipe é muito simpática. Eu gostaria que alguns dos quartos tivessem banheiras em vez de apenas chuveiros, mas isso é um problema menor. Nice hotel.The love their spa!Will definitely return.The rooms are nice but the restaurant was closed permanently and the bar didn’t open until 4pm.The pool was not functioning which I wish I would have known ahead of time.$16 per day to park.

I have stayed at the University of Maryland Hotel several times over the past few years. The rates are good and the service is excellent. The staff is very friendly. I wish that some of the rooms had bath tubs instead of just showers but that's a minor issue. The two restaurants right next to the premises, a pizza place and a bagel place, are excellent and reasonably priced. Obviously this location makes sense if you're doing something at the University of Maryland. However, it's a very clean and professional outfit for anyone staying in the DC area in general.

Wonderful stay. The location is perfect, beds are comfortable and rooms are modern and lovely. The shuttle was so convenient. Michael kindly drove us all around and was a highlight of our stay. The entire staff was very accommodating and helpful. Thank you!

A equipe é muito, muito legal!! Fácil de chegar de transporte público - você pode ligar para o ônibus para chegar do metrô, mas ele funciona apenas nos fins de semana agora por causa da pandemia. É cerca de um quilômetro e meio de caminhada em uma área plana e fácil, se você não tiver muita bagagem ou estiver um bom dia. As camas são super confortáveis e os chuveiros são ótimos. Os produtos de higiene fornecidos são levemente perfumados e cheiram muito bem! Os quartos são meio escuros à noite, o que eu realmente não gosto, mas são ótimos. Legal e Limpo. Os interruptores de luz são todos botões eletrônicos que podem levar alguns minutos para funcionar, mas quando você pega o jeito, é meio bacana. A piscina e a academia são sólidas e as comodidades para conferências também são muito atraentes. Eu não fui ao spa, mas uma amiga fez as unhas lá e teve uma ótima experiência. O bar é maravilhoso, embora a seleção de cervejas seja bem pequena. Eles fazem uma grande bloody mary!

The staff is really, really nice!! Easy to get to by public transit— you can call their shuttle to get you from the metro, but it only runs on weekends right now bc of the pandemic. It’s about a mile walk in an easy flat area if you don’t have too much luggage or it’s a nice day. Beds are super comfy and the showers are great. The toiletries provided are lightly scented and smell great! The rooms are kind of dark at night which I don’t really like, but they are otherwise great. Nice and clean. The light switches are all electronic buttons which might take you a few minutes to work out but once you get the hang of it it’s kinda nifty. The pool and gym are solid and the conference amenities are very attractive as well. I haven’t been to the spa myself but a friend got her nails done there and had a great experience. The bar is wonderful, though the beer selection is pretty small. They make a great bloody mary!

Adorei minha estadia aqui! Lindo hotel com uma vista incrível. Convenientemente localizado a poucos passos da Universidade de Maryland. A equipe foi bom, o quarto era imaculado, e a cama era tão confortável. Se você está planejando uma viagem para DC, esta é uma ótima opção fora do distrito, mas fica perto da linha de metrô. Eu realmente gostei da minha estadia aqui e espero visitar novamente.

I loved my stay here! Beautiful hotel with an amazing view. Conveniently located just steps from the University of Maryland. The staff was nice, the room was immaculate, and the bed was so comfortable. If you are planning a trip to DC this is a great option just outside the district but is located near the metro line. I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to visit again.

Os quartos são muito bonitos e modernos. Um dos hotéis tecnologicamente mais avançados que encontrei. No entanto, as principais razões pelas quais eu escolhi este hotel como o lugar para ficar foi que eles anunciam ter uma piscina e spa. Bem, bem, deixe-me dizer-lhe. A piscina está gelada, não é aquecida! Não há uma jacuzzi em que você possa se aquecer! Também não há sauna no spa ou centro de fitness. O spa é literalmente uma barbearia / salão de manicure, onde você pode fazer 20 minutos de massagem por US $ 70…… Por que o spa não tem sauna?!? A equipe é muito boa, mas as comodidades não são nada de especial. Não há sequer um buffet de café da manhã de algum tipo. Apenas um bar no térreo aberto à noite.

The rooms are very nice and modern. One of the most technologically advanced hotel I’ve encountered. HOWEVER, the main reasons I chose this hotel as the place to stay was that they advertise having a pool and spa. Well, well let me tell you. The pool is freezing cold, it’s not heated at all! There isn’t a jacuzzi you can even warm up in! Also there is no sauna at the spa or fitness center. The spa is literally a barber shop/nail salon where you can get 20 minute $70 massage…… Why wouldn’t the spa have a sauna ?!? The staff are really nice but the amenities are nothing special. There isn’t even a breakfast buffet of some sort. Just a bar downstairs open at night time.

My hubby took me here for my birthday. We received excellent service from Janice! Janice had a great attitude, she was attentive, and catered to all of our needs. The rooms are huge, clean, and the bathrooms are beautiful! Would absolutely return, and recommend!
