I stayed here with my daughter during a theatre trip, location was perfect and just a five minute walk to the tube station (straight onto central line).
We had a compact but tidy room which considering we didn’t get back to the hotel till midnight was completely fine. We noticed that a lot of the hotel rooms have undergone a refurb, and that maybe ours is one of the next ones to be done, but that didn’t detract from our stay here. My bed was super comfy (although my daughter disagrees with hers) we paid extra for breakfast although I’m not sure we would again🤷🏼♀️
Late check out of 12pm which was nice as we didn’t have to rush out in the morning.
All in all a good location, very helpful reception staff, and yes we would stay here again

The hotel is in a great location. Quick and easy access to two underground stations and Hyde Park is across the street. The staff are friendly enough which is why im giving it 3 stars in the first place. My room did not look the same in the picture & would randomly go from boiling hot to cold. There was quite a draft coming from the window. TV did not work. If you are looking for a place to sleep and that's it it'll be good enough

Good for the price I paid. Room was very small. Bed was comfortable enough. TV was very small and the digital signal was skipping a lot. Worst part was that when I opened the curtain to look out the window I literally had another building about a foot in front of it. Had to have the light on in the daytime. Plus side to that was i got a nice sleep without being woken up by an early sunrise 😂
Staff were great. Very helpful and accommodating. They looked after my luggage after I checked out and when I come back later on to pick my bag up I was able to sit in the lounge area to kill some time before I could leave london
